“It would be so helpful and make much more sense to write the manual In language that the man in the street can understand. It so technical that I just cannot get to grips with it. As far as I am concerned it is an utter waste of money and I will look for an alternative.”

“not as good as an earlier one on a different bronica it included pages on a movie projector and was not well organized print was smaller and less distinct three stars is a bit too generous”

“I ordered a manual Later the same day you emailled saying there had been a problem with the previous , Please reorder Two days later I received 2 copies of the manual It has cost me over £10 to return the manual to recover the second payment from my bank account”

“The A5 format was in practice too small. The print is so small that it requires a hand magnifier, so in practice, the item is not usable. I notice the original on line has colour pages in places, This was only black print on white paper throughout. Competitors print the colour pages in colour on coated paper. I subsequently found the 600+ page pdf on line, and shall print those pages I require in A4 size, to make the print decipherable.”

Hello I am happy to resend the manual in A4 size this will make the text larger and easier to read. We can only print in black and white a manual with 647 pages printed in colour would be 3 or even 4 times the price. Please email us if you would like us to resend the manual in A4 but it still would be in black and white. Regards Julie

Hello I am sorry you have not received the manual. The local sorting office where the post goes before heading to the airport had to close for 3 days back at the beginning of the month for deep cleaning due to covid 19 virus. I believe your order may have been held up in the back log due to this closure. The manual is on its way and should be with you soon. Regards Julie

Hello Dan I have taken a look and can see we posted the order on the 13th May. we are finding post we sent out around this time has been held up somewhere in the system due to covid 19.
