Hello I am sorry we send via Royal mail tracking and have no control over the delivery. this will be down to Royal mail in the UK then customs in USA and the USPS postal service.

“An accurate and readable copy of the over 250-page Panasonic manual that otherwise would be available only on- line. This way I can flag sections with paper clips or sticky notes, make notes in the margins, and even take the manual with me to peruse in places where cell phone are not permitted. (Great way to pass the time in a doctor's waiting room!) The paper was high quality, the spiral binding was excellent, and the type was clear and readable. Worth every cent.”

“Responses from OTC were timely and the manual arrived within the expected time frame. While I appreciate the ability to lay the manual flat, some pages were slightly tilted. The beginning pages of the manual were out of order - example: the title page is followed by pg. 2, the next page is 5 and the back side seems to be pg. 4 but is tilted so the page number is not visible. Next is pg 6, on the back of it is pg. 3. the next page seems to be 7 with 8 on the back. Both are tilted, only partial numbers are visible. After page 9 the pages are in order.”
