“Very nice! I appreciate having a printed manual. Sometimes it's easier to be able to highlight, dog ear pages, and not have to fight a computer file. Good printing, quick response, fair price.”

“No problem in finding the right manual for an "old" digital camera. Price was acceptable; manual arrived in perfect condition and was exactly what I needed. You have to be aware of a bit of an extended wait time since the manual came from England - but IT WAS WORTH IT! I will use this company again as the need arises.”

“I recently went to use my camera, which I hadn't used for quite some time. I couldn't remember how to get photos from the camera memory to my computer. I searched everywhere for the manual that came with when I first bought my camcorder, but just couldn't find it anywhere. So I decided to use this service to get a manual, rather than buy a new camera. The "new" manual is great! It is nicely bound”

“It's a mixed bag really. I was very pleased with the product, so much easier to use than the original. The price was good and the manual was delivered quickly, so top marks there. I was less impressed with a couple of other experiences. First, I made two email enquiries, neither of which were answered satisfactorily. I was basically told that the information I was looking for was "all on the website." Well, why would I email you if the information was so obvious? My questions were not complex so a simple answer would have created a better impression. OK, we got there in the end and, as I say, I was so pleased with the manual that I wrote back with positive comments. Pity you couldn’t even be bothered to reply with a simple "thank you."”
