“My order came in and the quality was good. It was as it was advertised to be. I was pleased with the product. My only issue was the time it took to get to me which is due to customs hold up as this is an international shipment. Other than that issue, very pleased with the product.”

Hello I am sorry the manual took a while. We had technical issue with the printer. Once this was fixed the manual was posted out and from the Royal Mail records was delivered the next day.

“Not delivered at expected time. Rang about delivery had to leave a message, never answered. Kept giving excuses about machinery being broken but quickly managed to take my money out of my account. Finally arrived the day we were leaving for our holiday.”

Hello I remember speaking to you on the phone. Our copier had broken down and need a new part this had to come from Canon. Money is taken when the order is placed. Under normal circumstance the order gets processed and sent out with in 12 business hours of receiving the order. Unfortunately this did not happen with your order. Orders are sent out first class post. I arranged the order to be sent out special delivery so you would receive it in time for your holiday and I am happy it arrived in time.

“Bought a new camera...no manual in the box as usual, so downloaded the user guide only to find it is 803 pages long. Gulp, that is at least 3 ink cartridges I reckon. Looked at camera-manual's web site but couldn't see my camera listed. So I buzzed them an email (I think this means 'I reached out' in today's parlance). They quickly added the manual to their catalogue and I placed my order. Two days later the printed manual is my hands. Also glad I paid extra for the spiral binding. Makes it much easier to read. Overall, brilliant service and i'm a very happy customer.”

“Excellent printing & binding of a camera manual into 3 volumes totaling over 800 pages. Having a printed copy of Nikon's Reference Manual rather than having to go online for what is often basic information works much better. Delivery a bit longer than anticipated but not surprising given they had to travel from Great Britain to the USA.”
