I understand about the lack on index. We may that clear on our website. Unfortunately we only print the manuals, we don't write them. Sony seemed to think an index wasn't required!

“Can you get me a LARGER MANUAL? I cannot read this manual even with a magnifying glass!! I have several manuals from you they are all 8 x 10 and are legible. WHAT HAPPENED??? I need to learn how to operate this camera, any idea? Jacquelina Foley-Klein, attorney at law.”

Sorry you were not happy. We have sent manuals in the 8.3" x 5.8" format for over 15 years. We can also supply them twice that size (11.7" x 5.3"). We will send that to you today, free of charge of course.

“The Pentax K-30 Operating Manual is an excellent product. Additionally it is a larger product which fulfils my requirement to a high standard. I would unhesitatingly approach OTC again should any further manuals be required for similar purposes.Thank you.”

This was an item from 1939 which we wrongly classified 40 years ago. It has since been rectified. As always, if anyone is not happy with what they receive they simply have to return it for a 100% refund
