Hello The manual ordered was for a Sony camera. Some of their manuals are on-screen manuals only. The manual in question is one such manual and they are not a printable manual due to having no index. If you are not happy with the manual then please return with a cover letter for a refund.

Hello We can only print in black and white. With this manual, some of the text is in very light blue highlighted areas and when printed it does not always come out very well. Please return with a covering letter for a refund.

“Excellent customer service. I’m very understanding of the realities of making prints from old sources but there are too many sections of my copy that are unacceptably unreadable. I have numerous printed manuals from other sources but I’ve never seen anything like this.”

“I can't say what it is like because I had it sent to our friends but although the correct number was on the form you sent the wrong one. They phoned you and I believe they are waiting for the correct one to arrive as soon as they phone us that it's been delivered I can tell you if they found the instructions useful Mrs angela barton”

“The manual is poorly printed with some images very dark and difficult to read. Delivery took 6 days to travel a distance of about 40 miles, snail pace, and its not even Xmas yet !!”

Hello The manual you order is for a camera dating from 1953. We take copies from the original due to the age of the manual this did not take a good copy. As for delivery, this is down to Royal mail once the post enters into the postal system it is then down to them to deliver. We are still in a pandemic and we are still seeing places with staff shortages and this delays the delivery time.

“The experience is quite different from the usual shopping experience these days. First off all, the communication is quite lacking. You get a order confirmation but that's all. I would have expected at least another email confirming that it was shipped out, ideally containing a tracking number. If you do end up contacting the customer service, be prepared to wait several days between answers. Answers which are usually rather short and don't really answer the questions completely. The actual product shipped is okay, but not more. The printing quality is not overwhelming, but I guess it's sufficient to be able to read it. Especially smaller text in the illustrations suffer from the low resolution (maybe 100dpi at best?). Also the manual was just printed in B/W while the original PDFs from the manufacturer contained some colored pages. All in all, it's fine but in hindsight I would have probably printed it myself, especially since the import taxes, post office processing fees and shipping costs are not considered in their advertisements. Considering all that, on top of my poor experience with customer service, I don't even want to think about their 100% satisfaction guarantee..”

I'm sorry to hear of this experience. Firstly, we send three automatic emails when you place an order. One as soon as it is placed, one when we import the order into the office and one when it is dispatched. I don't know why you didn't receive the second and third emails. They will have been sent. Secondly, we can't include a tracking number. The price to include tracking would dramatically increase the price we need to charge for postage. I'm sorry you had to wait for replies to your email. This is not acceptable. We are supposed to answer all emails the same working day. This will be looked into. Thirdly, we make it clear that we can only print in black and white. To print in colour would not be cost effective. Finally, I don't know what you mean about "import taxes and post office processing fees". We charge a fee for postage and packaging which is clearly shown on our website. There should have been no additional charges applied locally. Our 100% guarantee means that if you are not happy you simply need to return the manual for a 100% refund. You can always do this.

Hello Unfortunately the manual you ordered was a Sony manual and they only make their manual to view onscreen. We downloaded and printed this out and this is why there are no page numbers or index. This only happens on the some Sony manuals.

Hello I am sorry I am happy to resend the order in A4 size. The manual ordered was for a camera from 1948 so the manual we took the copy from is old and probably not in the band new condition when the camera fist came out.

“the sony camera manual is a computer interactive manual. For me to have a hard copy for reference use, I considered a good idea. What I recieved was a 600+ pages, in two volumes of 300 odd pages which was sent to me promptly and efficiently. Can not fault the printing company for that. My issue is that by reducing it the the A5 page format, the printed characters for the page number are about 1.3mm high and difficult to read. A second mor important issue, (nothing to do with the printing process) was with the sony manual itself, it being a computer interactive manual in printed form, does not have a page number index, an example of this is if you wish to look up say "focus area limit" which is in the index pages, the only way to find that page is to look through the whole 600+ pages until you come accross it. There is no page reference system to connect it to the tiny littly page numbers, all because it is a copy of a computer interactive document, so it is really not fit for purpose.”

“Very poorly put together. No color images as in on line manual. Pages were not evenly cut to fit booklet. I could have taken on line manual to Office Depot and had a better printed manual than what I received from this company. they should be ashamed to send this out and charge what they did.”

Hello We have been in contact via email. As I explained due to covid restrictions there are less flights leaving the UK mail can be transported on. This is having an impact on delivery times. We are in the UK and you are in New Zealand normally this can take just over 14 working days.

“WAS DIFFICULT TO CHOOSE BETWEEN 'POOR' AND 'ACCEPTABLE' AND HAD TO CHOOSE POOR AS I DID NOT REALIZE THAT THE FONT IN THE MANUAL WAS GOING TO BE SOOOOO SMALL; AND THE TEXT / SYMBOLS IN THE DARK BOXES ARE EITHER IMPOSSIBLE OR NEAR-IMPOSSIBLE TO READ / SEE. I WAS EXCITED TO HAVE RECEIVED THE MANUAL, AND I WAS LOOKING AT IT FOR A BIT WHEN FIRST RECEIVED, BUT REALIZED I HAVE PUT IT ASIDE AND NO LONGER LOOKING AT IT BECAUSE IT IS JUST TOO DIFFICULT TO READ. VERY DISAPPOINTED.”
