“After buying one manual that didn't cover all the cameras it said it did I was given a 20% discount code as compensation - it wasn't much compensation as when I bought the next manual the discount code didn't work. Camera-manual.com stopped replying to emails after that and the second manual also didn't contain the information it was advertised as having. Not a great experience and I would recommend getting your manuals elsewhere where the company actually gives you what they promise”

Hello The manual you order was a repair manual if you are not happy then please return with a covering letter for a refund. I did offer you a refund in the emails we exchanged.

“The manual didn’t cover the camera it said it would but I was willing to keep it as I repair cameras and agreed to a discount for another manual. I got a discount code but that didn’t work and I had problems finding the second manual using any apple device. Having found an Internet cafe and tried ordering using the code I was given I found it would not work. Having emailed about the situation I still await a satisfactory reply and solution”

“Quick delivery but very disappointed with the printed word. It was not a very good reproduction of the original and so feint that in some cases was hard to read ! I really would have thought that someone would do a basic quality check before delivering to the customer”

The manual you ordered is avavaiable on the manufacuters website only. We simply download print out and send. We do state on the website we can only print in black and white.

Hello We send the manuals out in a padded envelope which is fully recyclable as a company we do not like to use single-use plastics. Once the manual enters the postal service we have no control over the delivery.

Hello The manual ordered was for a Sony camera. Some of their manuals are on-screen manuals only. The manual in question is one such manual and they are not a printable manual due to having no index. If you are not happy with the manual then please return with a cover letter for a refund.

Hello We can only print in black and white. With this manual, some of the text is in very light blue highlighted areas and when printed it does not always come out very well. Please return with a covering letter for a refund.
