“Ordered a Chesney Heat & Grill over the phone with Gregor and delivered within 48 hours direct to our door. A superb piece of kit which has really added to our outdoor space. Great follow up customer service again from Gregor. Can’t recommend Calido and the Chesney Heat & Grill highly enough.”

“We are very pleased with the blocks the delivery man was brilliant and they're burning equally so well as the others we had from you And these don't burn up the glass at low temperature but the other ones they burnt up the glass which made it hard to clean these are very good we would recommend them thank you John and Laura”

“I can only provide four stars - and they may merit Five...but we have purchased a ton of briquettes and some extra other things to throw on the fire. [Peat-inspired night briquettes and 'Hotties' - do have a look at these.]Still untouched. One pack of briquettes has been used so far and they have a lengthy burn time with a tiny amount of residue generated - remarkable! The firm appear on the ball and the delivery was good”

“We were thinking of trying the eco logs so it was great to be able to buy a sample pack . Ordering was easy and delivery was efficient. We recommend the Hotties and will be ordering a bigger batch for the rest of the winter.”

“I visited the showroom to buy some logs and Gregor explained the different characteristics of the logs available which helped me make my choice.
