“I ordered a palate of the heat logs for delivery to Cheshire .Delivery was delayed but this was explained with a phone call and rearranged well in advance which was polite . The delivery driver was helpful on the day and put the palate where I wanted it on the drive . I haven’t burnt the product yet , but it looks excellent, logs are dense and none are broken in the packs and I’m sure they will perform well, not dissimilar to ‘blazers’ that I can’t get this year.It stacks easily in the garage”

“Plenty of logs in every bag - literally stuffed full - and the Califo service is genuinely top tier. Email comms are quick and helpful, delivery drivers go over and above... overall they deserve the repeat custom I have given them over the years. Highly recommended.”

“Great service. Easy to order, I could pick the day of delivery and the pallets showed up exactly as described at exactly the specified time, couldn’t have gone more smoothly. I would highly recommend and will be ordering heat logs again from them next year!”

“Life is too short to mess with traditional logs. Here is a product thats moisture free with consistent high density and a higher calorific output per kg than logs.Burns with a soft blue flame and leaves minimal powdered ash. Its a no brainer, ordering and delivery was hassle free and my overall experience was super.”
