“Usually log briquettes from Calido are great. The most recent delivery is awful however. There is something wrong with either the wood or the construction of the briquettes. They are far too soft - they can be broken in half with just a slight hand pressure. They seem to burn well initially but then they rapidly disintegrate in the log burning stove and swamp the stove with unburned and semi-burned material, dowsing the fire. They do not maintain a sufficient heat to burn - the stove requires much more oversight: stirring the unburned material to bring it to the surface, opening of air valves that are usually only needed to light the stove, and addition of other wood types to get it up to temperature. I am very unhappy with these logs which are pretty much unusable.”

“From ordering to delivery was great, no hassle and delivered to the door. All round very good. My only problem was we were missing the wax fire lighters. I haven't complained it's such a small item, and probably went missing in transit. Still everything else was great.”

“Ordered on behalf of an elderly neighbour, the service from Calido and updates on delivery were first class, we were kept informed the whole time which was so helpful due to us offloading and storing them for her, in atrocious rain. Thank you, highly recommend .”
