“All went well, except that the notification prior to delivery didn’t arrive so time was wasted for the driver who had to wait until a key for the entrance gate was obtained. Then everything was slick and pallet unloaded almost where I wanted. Snow and ice prevented an even closer drop point. Thoroughly pleased”

“We had a small issue with the fire we ordered which was sorted by Calido promptly and professionally with courtesy and thought. Communication is always prompt and would highly recommend them. Wouldn’t hesitate to buy again from Calido. Great company!”

“Contact was very easy after ordering...My lovely kiln dried split birch logs arrived quickly all cut evenly to the right length for my burner...The delivery driver even tried hard to take the crate through to my back garden for me but unfortunately the crate was 1/2 inch to wide ...so he positioned in the most convenient place on my front...Fab would use again ..”

“I wasted a day due to delayed delivery. I waited a whole day only to be advised late on the day that delivery would be between 6 and 7 pm and then received a phone call apologising that delivery would not be made until the following day. Delivery on that day was then completed!! I do appreciate delays are always issues but flexibility should work both ways and communication should always be critical.”

“Excellent customer service, lady handling my calls and orders was lovely, friendly and very helpful. I have spoken to several retailers before ordering, she was the only person to ask where the fire was going to be installed! she is genuinely interested in her products and where they are going. treasure her. I was pleasantly surprised to also receive within the pack leather gauntlet gloves and eco firelighters. Very helpful for a newbie like me. I will recommend you to anyone who asks where my lovely fire has come from.”
