“I liked the efficiency of the ordering process. The delivery process is pretty poor. Palletline STATE that they will send a notice of a 2 hour window by email/text and they don't, so it is possible to miss a delivery slot simply because they don't stick to their published process. Product good, would buy again.”

“Great service!! Really easy to order on-line. Regular emails to update me on order progress. Arrived when expected - delivery man was excellent and took the pallet right to my log store. Wood burns very well. Thank you - we’ll be back 😀”

“Really pleased with my kiln dried let us. Good quality and burn well. Ordering was easy and the pallet delivery worked well, with good communication on delivery times. Getting the logs in nets made it much easier to put away.”
