“I popped in for a bag of logs for my new stove and came out with a pallet of 40 bags of ash logs, a log store (delivered and erected next day), a companion set, log basket and kindling - plus the original bag of logs! John is a great guy to do business with (obviously!) - knowledgable, friendly and really enthusiastic about his business. And the delivery driver Was cheerful and helpful. Now sitting contentedly by my fire. Brilliant.”

“Delivery on time.. Despite doubts as to kerbside delivery the supplied netting bags were first class for moving. In future the crate delivery would have been would be okay provided the delivery vehicle was equipped with powered pallet facility.”

“Excellent all round. Good advice received , ease of ordering, delivered within 3 working days as promised and very helpful, delivery driver. Would recommend without reservation. Final bonus, price from Calido in Scotland much better than we could get here in North Notts !!!”

“Extremely happy with the Kiln dried birch. Very competitive price and very quick delivery. I was particularly empressed with the size of the logs. Birch burns quickly however there was some larger diameter logs which will burn longer than than the standard size of log I have had in the past from other suppliers. I would have no hesitation in recommending calido logs and stoves. Thank you.”

“Great service so far, only my 2nd order but no issues so far. Great wood for burning, we get the net bags of birch as access to our wood store is at back of house and not easy to get too. Wood 😂highly recommend.”

“Another fantastic value crate of super dry ash logs that burn hot and long providing excellent value for money. This is our second crate since we had our stove installed and would not buy our logs from anywhere else as Calido provide a fantastic service from ordering to delivery every time”

“Wood good quality, well packed and trolled straight into the garage. Good size of logs which burn well, and last well too. Dearer than most but packed more tightly and on balance probably worth it!”

“Having looked around for local log suppliers Calido was recommended to us, the customer service was fantastic and we had our first delivery the next day, delivery driver was lovely and my wonderful husband 'ever ready to be critical with his moisture meter' was very happy with the logs for our wood burning stove, we will continue to use Calido and I would recommend them for their customer service and quality of logs and delivery guy”
