“We recently received a 1040kg Verdo Briquettes delivery from Calido logs. The service was prompt, courteous and efficient plus the Verdo Briquettes are superb! They burn hotter and last longer than coal, produce much less ash than coal and actually stay lit overnight if needed (unlike ordinary logs). We're 100% delighted with both the service and the product. Thank you.”

“I'm new to this log burning stove and phoned for some logs and got a delivery the same day. ( just in time for the cold spell) Very pleased with the prompt service. Logs seem very good burning quality too. I'm as warm as toast. Thanks Calido.”

“Arrived on time. Unfortunately pallet only fits through my gate lengthways, so I had to empty it then drag pallet through and reload it! Any suggestions appreciated? Stove installed today and is now burning beautifully.”

“First time I have ordered a pallet of briquettes and had some concerns. All questions were answered promptly, even outside office hours. I was well impressed by this service. During the whole process and delivery, I was updated by email and phoned by the driver to inform me when I could expect the goods to arrive. Overall a pleasant experience and can recommend them.”
