“Nice logs, well cut and dry. Delivered as promised. Good communication with seller and delivery company. Unfortunately, the pallet was just a few inches too high to fit through garage door - otherwise all as expected.”

“So happy to have found this website - not only did I find exactly what I can’t get locally, but I got the verdo logs at an excellent price AND they were delivered early. I spoke to someone in the office who was really helpful and also got a quick reply to an email question I had. Have been kept up to date with progress of order at every step. Have recommended to other friends who use Verdo logs - will be using again (but hopefully not for some time as it should take a few months to get through the delivery!!!) Brilliant service :-)”

“My logs arrived but the delivery company would not take the pallet. Website should make it clear that customer has to dispose of pallet. Otherwise, the price of the logs was competitive and delivery was prompt.”

Dear Mr Woodier, It is disappointing that you have decided to give us a negative review. We delivered what was described and shown on our website, 52 packs of Verdo briquettes on a pallet. You made the assumption that the pallet would be taken away, this is the first time in 4 years anyone has done so as the product descriptions says “The briquettes are delivered on a pallet” No where do we say the pallet will be taken away and our terms and conditions state it is the customers responsibility to dispose of the pallets. If this is your only issue with the product and the delivery I could understand a 4 star review, a three star review seems unduly harsh as we delivered what we described, how we described it and for a competitive price. As a small family business competing against big companies these negative reviews, deserved or not can have a lasting impact which is unfortunate. Perhaps you could see fit to adjust your score to 4 star taking into consideration the product and price also?
