“The logs were delivered early on the set day. The crate was very well packed and the logs themselves were exactly as described - they smell wonderful and burn bright.”

“Verdo briquettes delivered to the door. These are probably the cheapest you will find them anywhere for any amount under a pallets worth. Great briquettes.”

“We can depend on Calido for great service, quality products and dependable delivery. The logs are well cut and ready for use on our log burner. Non complicated company who make you feel you are not just "a" customer, but someone who is important to them. Wouldn't go anywhere else for products”

“Good quality dry wood and excellent delivery service. Turned up when they said they would and did all they could to get the builders bags as close to the wood pile as possible to make the stacking of the wood as easy as they could for my wife and I.”

“Ordered 24 bags of ash logs online. Within an hour received an email offering choice of delivery date. On day of delivery logs arrived on a pallet and placed by driver at a convenient place. The bags contained a selection of different sizes of logs. All the logs were clean and virtually free of debris. We purchased the bags as we have a holiday lodge and it is convenient to throw one or two bags in the boot of our car. Much easier than having to put a pile of loose logs in the car. The logs that we have used all burn well. Felt that they gave off a better heat than Birch logs of a similar size. Almost as good as an Oak log. A single log will burn for about 1 hour in our Mendip log burner. The moisture content of the logs was between 5 and 8%. Probably the lowest moisture content of any logs we have purchased. Would definitely be happy to order these logs again.”

Thank you for your kind review. We tell people less than 20% moisture guaranteed but usually around 11 or 12% moisture. It looks like we might need to revise that :-) I'd love to know what Mendip stove you have as we have recently started selling them and people love them. “The whole process from ordering to delivery was so smooth. I was contacted very soon after putting in my order to confirm a delivery day. The driver was in constant contact with me about when he was coming ( even though my phone was unhelpfully turned off!) and so friendly and polite. And unexpectedly he took the logs to the back of my property which was much appreciated. The logs are well cut, very dry and look very neat and tidy when stacked. I would have no hesitation in using them again”

“The customer service at calico logs was extremely helpfully and efficient, I purchased a kelly kettle ultimate scout kit. Great product. I had some technical issues with my PayPal account but Lauren was able to help me sort out my payment and processed my order straight away. Product arrived within a couple of days. Great service.
