“Stove not installed or checked yet so cannot comment on that at this point. However I have been impressed with the ‘chat’ service offered. Kirsty was very patient, answered all the questions I asked and was very helpful. The delivery arrived on the date stated, and phone call before as I had asked. Very helpful delivery driver too. So far very impressed and happy with service thank you. Also thought it was a nice touch including some kindling and logs with stove!”

“Order process easy communication excellent. Arrived on the day I requested it. It's a beautiful looking oven. We are just in the process of building an outdoor kitchen area so we haven't used it yet but we can't wait.”

“Service was Calido was excellent, Erin in customer service was so helpful to me and delivery was exactly when I expected. The driver was most helpful even wgwn dealing with a challenging roaf side kerb to get up. I highly recommend purchasing from this company for excellent price and service. The photo is from just after it was plastered so will look better once painted”
