“I ordered our new Hamlet 5 Wide Screen Stove on the recommendation of our fitter, it hasn’t disappointed. I placed our order over the phone and the transaction went efficiently. Calido gave us a delivery date five days from the day ordered, we were kept informed every step of the way by their courier (Palletline) who delivered on the date and the time slot thier driver informed us of. Can’t say much else other than to say this company left us with a warm feeling.”

“All went well, except that the notification prior to delivery didn’t arrive so time was wasted for the driver who had to wait until a key for the entrance gate was obtained. Then everything was slick and pallet unloaded almost where I wanted. Snow and ice prevented an even closer drop point. Thoroughly pleased”

“Contact was very easy after ordering...My lovely kiln dried split birch logs arrived quickly all cut evenly to the right length for my burner...The delivery driver even tried hard to take the crate through to my back garden for me but unfortunately the crate was 1/2 inch to wide ...so he positioned in the most convenient place on my front...Fab would use again ..”
