“Price is competitive with other suppliers. Very good service. From placing order and having ability to choose a delivery date, to the actual delivery by Palletline. The driver reversed his truck up our drive to right in front of our woodshed, and unloaded the tonne of heat logs. The previous company we used whose transport was Frenni, would not on any account bring the logs up the drive so left 1 tonne on path for 2 girls to move all way up drive to woodshed.(I did complain about this to the company concerned). I did in fact ring Calido after our delivery to thank them and compliment them on the excellent service from both them and their courier. I would not hesitate to recommend Calido and will use again without question. Thank you for a very pleasant buying experience, which is a rare event these days.”

“Fantastic, friendly service from start to finish. Stove was installed well ahead of expected date. Installers were polite, courteous, and friendly. No mess, all waste was taken away, and installers explained every step of the process. They even explained how to use the stove, and gave tips on care of the heart. Communication was fantastic, with John & Stephen calling regularly with updates.”

“Our Contura stove was installed today. Fantastic service from very nice people. Calido kept us updated all through the ordering process, and we were lucky enough to get a cancellation so our stove was installed much sooner than planned. The installers were extremely professional, very friendly and explained everything about the install. No mess, no dramas, and even went through how to light and use the stove. Cannot recommend this company, or their products, highly enough.”
