“Unfortunately the delivery was one day late however the driver was very helpful when he did arrive. Overall a good experience using this company and this is the second time I have purchased from them.”

Hi Stephen, Thank you for coming back and ordering from us again this year. Apologies for the delivery being a day late. I followed this up with Palletline as they hadn't made us aware of this. I believe there was an issue with the lorry which meant it wasn't able to complete it's delivery run on the day in question. Palletline told me they communicated this with you which I hope they did. Hi Tim, Thank you for your order for our hardwood heat logs and also for taking the time to give us a review, it's much appreciated. I'm sorry you didn't get provided with an ETA for your delivery. We do ask that the drivers call ahead if possible but sometimes poor reception or other circumstance mean they can't. For this reason we do say that delivery can be any time between 9am and 5pm on the day of delivery. If a mobile number is provided rather than a landline then the Pallet network system automatically sends a txt with an approximate delivery time. Failing that if you contact our office in the morning we can try to get an ETA from Palletline from you. As Pallet deliveries can be difficult at certain properties it's not as easy to give ETA's for deliveries as it is for parcels however it's something our delivery partner is looking into. Thank you for your review of our Hotties Heat Logs Mr Beard. I've used them in the pizza oven we have in the showroom a few times and they are very good especially if broken up a little as they get the oven up to temperature even faster that way. “Top class service for the installation of our new wood burner. We were between two stoves, one on display in the showroom and one that was boxed up in their warehouse. John was kind enough to open up the other stove so that we could see it before making our mind up. Can’t fault that level of customer service.”

“Hi. I struggled with the web site but phoned up and from then on the service was top notch . Delivery rang up and gave me due notice and he arrived on time . We had to split the load because 50 sacks of Hot Max was too much for the pump truck but the driver was a good sort and we got unloaded and stacked away . All in all job well done Cheers Giles”
