“The service was excellent from start to finish. The staff are very helpful and friendly, even down to the delivery driver from Menzies, who helped me stack my logs as it was his last drop of the day and he had a bit of time, very kind and helpful. My e-mails and questions were all answered quickly and efficiently. I will definitely be back for more. good to know you can still get service like this- friendly and helpful.”

“Ordered a crate of birch wood from here. Very straightforward process and delivered on time. Delivery guy was very helpful and went out of his way to place the palette as close to our wood store as possible. Added bonus that the palette itself can be chopped down and used as kindling. Would order from here again without hesitation.”

“Placed my order for a pallet of kiln dry logs on Sunday. They were delivered on the Wednesday. The driver was so pleasant and helpful. I’m loving the logs they burn nice and slowly, the heat of logs is very good.”

“Great firewood at a very reasonable price. Delivery driver had difficulty with the delivery due to problems with his pallet truck but he contacted us immediately to keep us informed and gave our delivery priority once his truck was repaired. I considered this to be an excellent and honest approach.”
