“Good product at a good price but service was very poor. I requested the parcel to be shipped to my workplace but when the confirmation email came through, it became apparent that it had been despatched to my home address ... so I had no alternative but to take a short notice holiday from work the following day to take receipt of the package. Got an email to say it would be del'd between 07:00 and 22:00 ...sat around all day waiting for it only to be told around 20:00 that it was delayed and would not be delivered until next day ... cue ANOTHER emergency holiday 😡 Maybe if I hadn't tried to save myself a massive £10 and opted for a different supplier I might still have my two days holiday to take at my own convenience.”

“We are delighted with our Contura 810 Classic Stove and enjoying the relaxing atmosphere it creates. The delivery and installation by Craig and his team could not be faulted, arrived at 08.00 am and finished at 11.00 am. Also Erin & Kirsty, in your office/showroom, were most help helpful when we were choosing which stove to go for.”

“The sample I ordered arrived as promised. One log burns for approx one and a half hours -- unsure if more economical when compared to coal. BTHU output seems on a par with coal. More analysis needed before a more constructive view can be expressed.”

“The logs arrived when promised and are a good size for my stove. The nets are easy to move around. As there is no standard for buying logs it’s really hard to do price comparisons, but these seem reasonable value for money. The nets work out at £15/net. Small bags are available at £8/bag, but I think the nets are 2 to 3 times the size. I’ll probably use Calido to stock up this summer.”

“AMAZING, I had previously ordered heat logs with another company and waited 3 weeks to find out they are in a backlog from November. Well, I ordered with Calido on Tuesday and they arrived on Friday. I got the bits and bobs as they are the same, and cheaper. They work fantastically at a fraction of the price. I use them every day, very little ash compared to ecoal and they burn very hot. I will be coming back for more to restock in the summer for the next winter season. Again fantastic, amazing, and super fast delivery. For those that might be weighing up kiln-dried wood compared to this, my sister and I have the same multi-fuel fire, she burns kiln-dried and I heat logs. She restocks the same-sized basket every day, and only runs the fire half the day! I restock every 2.5 days, and I WFH so I run the fire all-day. So think about that! Restock every day with expensive fuel or restock every few days with a manufacturing byproduct that still smells amazing and burns long. Which does your wallet choose?”
