“Great service. The man who delivered was very nice and helpful, and gave me good advice about the most economical way to purchase their logs in the future, as well as effective storage of the wood. I will definitely use them again.”

“Excellent customer service, lady handling my calls and orders was lovely, friendly and very helpful. I have spoken to several retailers before ordering, she was the only person to ask where the fire was going to be installed! she is genuinely interested in her products and where they are going. treasure her. I was pleasantly surprised to also receive within the pack leather gauntlet gloves and eco firelighters. Very helpful for a newbie like me. I will recommend you to anyone who asks where my lovely fire has come from.”
