“Having tried various other suppliers in the past, we would now only ever use Calido for our logs. Always burn really well, cut to a good size and delivery is faultless. Not always the cheapest around but certainly worth the wee bit extra for the quality and consistency.”

“We are so pleased we shopped around and ended at Calido in Falkirk where we bought our contura 510 stove. Installed last Friday by a company recommended by them, and what a first class job they did, the stove is amazing kicking out some heat and warming the house over two floors. Excellent no pressure service and helpful throughout I have passed their details onto family and friends. The showroom is well worth a visit if you are thinking of purchasing.”

“I ordered a full crate of alder logs recently. I have no complaint about the order process or delivery and the quality of the kiln-dried wood per se. The issue I have is that too many of the logs simply won't fit in our 5KwH stovax stockton, and some won't even fit into our second 6KwH stove. I had this issue earlier in the season with another large wood fuel supplier who eventually provided a partial refund. So on this occasion 2 stars is the most I can honestly give.”
