“Excellent service. Order acknowleged and delivery date given by telephone within minutes of placing order online. Full pallet of peat briquettes delivered on time, carefully wrapped. Driver very helpful and used powered (and braked!) pallet truck to take heavy load down my sloping drive, round a tight corner to storage place by back door of house.”

“Top class product and service from John at Calido Logs & Stoves. Communication was excellent - every question was answered and customer service throughout the transaction was second to known. I would have no hesitation recommending the product (which is superb) and the service (can't rate it highly enough). Many thanks John - the stove was lit for the first time on Friday and it was everything you said it would be!”

“Amazing product. Perfect addition for the garden, spending more time in garden due to covid 19, this keeps us all cosy without being indoors. Easy to use and heat is amazing and no smoke like you would get from a chimnea. No smelly clothes/hair. Glad i paid extra for the one 2 one local service, all set up for me, ready to go. Glass of wine in hand and great relaxing evening. Definitely stand out from the crowd/neighbours, and at a great price. Getting friends and family interested in product,must have for 2020 covid garden parties. Great service and delivery. Thanks guys”

“From the initial enquiry about the Chesneys Heat Garden Gourmet BBQ to ordering over the phone with Steve the customer service has been 5star . Kept Up to date with my order and delivery date .Delivered on time as promised .It came very well wrapped on a pallet and with the free extras ( logs and charcoal) This is an absolutely solid BBQ and heater and is well made also looks great on the patio! Would thoroughly recommend Calido Logs & stoves .”
