“We had a conservatory built by Cairngorm Group three years ago and we found them very good. They were friendly, helpful and thoroughly professional. They turned up when they said they would, dealt with a problem that emerged and finished in time. We would definitely use them again and have done in the past. The only minor niggle is with after-sales service, as we contacted them about a couple of minor issues and received no response.”

“Not happy had conservatory fitted in 2019 have had constant problems with the roof have leaks continually someone has been out recently and looked at said roof and as yet not had no contact regarding repair as this was quite a major hole in glass ceiling I have called but was told this is two man job as yet no date arranged not a happy customer”

“I had two window repairs done and on both occasions I thought the workmanship was poor. Neither repair was done to my satisfaction and I shared my experience with friends and family. Would not use again”

“Context - Cairngorm replaced a blown window during COVID. Arrived, window old double glazed unit removed and replaced and finished within an hour. Happy with the works done, and at a good price.”

“After sales very disappointing. 4 leaks in Conservatory roof in 4 years so obviously not sealed properly when it was put up . Temporary fix in January but still waiting to hear when it’s going to be done properly. It always takes several phone calls before anything gets done. Not good enough.”
