“The online service was fine but a bit long winded, although I was very dissapointed I couldn't place an order over the phone, and was told so by your staff - that's crazy!! It's not vwery good customer service for those people who don't or can't use the internet!!”

“Good quality product. Loses a star for slower delivery than expected. Irish website showed items "In stock", but they were unavailable for collection as they were in stock in the UK.”

“The items purchased turned up very promptly and were packaged well enough. The Cat6a connectors arent crimping as well as expected, but the RJ45 faceplates are securing as expected.”

“I am fairly impressed as the delivery was quicker than expected and quite a useful product selection they have. My only minor issue is the packaging, which I considered a little excessive with a box too big for the product and full of polystyrene, but at least it would ensure more fragile products would be safe.”

“A good selection of networking parts at reasonable prices. Some parts offered are also hard to source elsewhere so a visit to Cable Monkey is essential! The website (particularly account creation and management) has some minor issues, but still usable. Good communication and fast delivery on the items I bought.”

“The cable was fine. However, in buying a product from your company, I did not agree to be placed on a marketing database from which there is no apparent way to "unsubscibe!"”

“The cable is excellent but the crimper and plugs not as good When I crimp a plug on and use the tester it shows that there is no connection but if tested with a AVO meter it shows as OK and the leads work when plugged in. not sure if its a cable tester fault or crimper is crimping to much.”

“I think you sent me the wrong leads but I'm happy to make do with these since in some ways they're better. I thought I'd ordered Cat 6 with the latch protectors, but received Cat 6a without.”
