“Delivery good - earlier than indicated which is always nice. Cables are nice and thin (but not silly thin), so desk friendly yet robust. Connectors seem good at this early stage; the big USB connectors are always robust for any cable, but the micro-USBs on cables from other suppliers have become floppy with use. Its early days to have a proper opinion, it really needs 6 months, but first indications are that the micro-USB connector are made from a decent springy material so ought to last. Maybe I'd be able to raise my review to VGood in a few months time, but for present it has to be only Good”

“I had ordered a number of Cat 5E cables in various lengths and colours. A customer service representative contacted me when they didn't have the right colour cable in stock, and I was offered a replacement. All interaction was quick and effective. The delivery took place in a timely manner; the only issue was that it was made to the billing address, rather than the delivery address that I had specified at the time of the order. I imagine the confusion arose from the need to manually interact with me to finalise the order, and it didn't make any real difference to me in the end, so I'm willing to give CableMonkey the benefit of the doubt this time. All in all, it was a nice and smooth process. Finally, and most importantly, all the cables arrived in the expected colours and lengths and appear to be of top quality. I have connected 10 of the 15 cables and have had no issue with any so far.”
