“Decent prices, decent quality, decent service and delivery. Ordered what I thought was a 15mm backbox for a specific job, as the 25 or 35mm sizes wouldn't have looked good. Maybe it was my mistake - but a full size one was delivered. In an unlabelled open plastic bag. The Ethernet faceplates were sealed and labelled. Odd? Couldn't be bothered to chase for 99p. Got one from Screwfix for 1.97. Found Cat5e External cheaper elsewhere. But they're ok and I'd probably try them again for supplies when I want something else. Better than some online retailers!”

“There was a problem with the incorrect items being delivered. But after a few emails and pictures showing the error, the correct items were sent free of further charge. Over all happy with the service as the error was rectified.”
