“only a couple of CAT5e cables, they arrived exceedingly promptly despite me choosing the cheapest p&p. Thoroughly well packaged. Needless to say, work just fine. Why not Very Good rating then? Cable boots don't seem to be what they used to be, so not providing as good protection as the ones I got 18 months ago. Also, I think I ordered both booted, and one was not - not worth sending it back”

“Very pleased - easy to find, pay and quick free delivery. If I had a complaint, it's that you use too much packaging to ship your products. I ordered one plastic rear plate which came in a box loaded full of polystyrene pieces - totally unnecessary amount of padding for those particular products. In future, please think about alternate ways of packaging your items to reduce the use of padding. Otherwise, would be 5 stars!”

“Excellent service. Great quality packaging, but a Jiffy bag would have sufficed, rather than the 10" square box with polystyrene foam packaging! I did like the heat sealed plastic bag, neatly dividing the RJ 45 connectors. The connectors themselves seem of good quality, with sturdy release-levers. But, I've yet to use them.”

“The IT firm I use to support my business suggested I call Cable Monkey as they use them and have always found them helpful. The person I spoke to (for advice on the appropriate type of cable for our needs) clearly regarded me as an amateur (well, I am) and was not as helpful as I had been led to expect. However, the cable I ordered arrived very quickly and is excellent so the overall experience was good even if it was not as good as I had hoped it would be. I will order from them again but probably won't try asking for advice again.”

“The online service was fine but a bit long winded, although I was very dissapointed I couldn't place an order over the phone, and was told so by your staff - that's crazy!! It's not vwery good customer service for those people who don't or can't use the internet!!”
