“This is a relatively stiff cable with quite a hard feel to it. There are good connectors at the ends, however the rubber shielding anti snag boots are not very substantial and are not bonded to the connectors. The cable established a good connection first time when activated. The cable was delivered wrapped in a coil which unspooled easily without kinking.”

“Very quick service - the website was a little tricky to list a separate delivery address but I got there in the end.”

“the website is nicely set out. The Pictures give you a good idea of what your about to buy. possible change that would make it a bit quicker to process am order, make it so the Part number automatically fills out the options.”

“High quality products (Cat5e patch cables) at a very good price. Let down by delays to delivery from Fedex.”

“Shopping experience was simple and easy, the product arrived on time and in good condition, and in massively excessive packaging! I understand many computer components require very careful transport, but my small, already packaged, network card did not need to arrive in another box which was at least 5 times the size of the product and filled to the brim with non-degradable packing peanuts! A small complaint and I appreciate the care taken to make my delivery in a good condition, but for that product the packaging was unnecessary and excessive.”

“My colleague chose a Cat 6 cable, which was difficult to find else where; I ordered it with ease from the website and it arrived earlier than expected.”

“I ordered a 20m Ethernet cable, which was delivered spookily fast in a parcel at least 5 times bigger than the cable with a mass amount of those poly quavers, I had to check the order note to make sure I hadn't mistakenly got a microwave!, If the postie could have got it through my letter box I would give five stars.”

“Cable Monkey have a great range of product at very competitive prices. Web site is easy to use but a little more detail about individual items would be a great help when researching, e.g. looking at a cat6a 2 part plug it would have been most useful to know how it is put together.”

“Product arrived very quickly and was as described, a difficult to source 10" mini data cabinet. Keep working on your pricing, this felt a little heavy.”
