“Cable Monkey was great as a supplier when it comes to availability and communication. However, their chosen courier was a complete mess. They advised Cablemonkey that numerous calls were made to the given contact number which was not true (only one call was made) and upon contacting the courier on the cell number received, they never answered. They also claimed delivery was attempted once but no-one was there which was not true as someone was there purely for the order delivery. Cablemonkey advised that a second attempt would incur extra costs which was forgo considering the above explained. Pls change couriers CableMonkey. Rating has lowered simply because of the courier.”

“So thinking am bying 0.5 0f a metre It was actually 0.3 od a metre Which are really no good to string anything much together. Notbwhat i wanted sadly i have to double them up to get a usable length”

“We have been using Cable Monkey for several years and bought a fair amount of pre-terminated fibre and accessories. I have recently bought some bulk fibre for a project and tried to contact you to get some advice on the purchase of a fusion splicer. Despite numerous phone calls and promises of a callback, no one bothered to come back to me. A little disappointing as I was looking to spend £2 to £5k on equipment and training. Maybe my purchase was too small to bother with? I have now gone elsewhere for the splicer.”

“This rating relates to our attempts to secure credit terms than to the products themselves which we were happy with. We ended up paying up front due to the delays in processing our application. I still haven't heard that we have been granted credit terms for any future orders. The last email I received on the subject was on 4/4/22 and I haven't heard anything since.”

Hi Robert, I'm sorry your order didn't arrive when you expected. We had different opening times during the Christmas break (detailed at the top of each web page during Christmas). Your order was placed when we were closed and as a result it was processed the following day and delivered the following working day as requested. We do have a selection of faster timed deliveries if your order is urgent. Our budget range of USB cables are designed to meet the needs of most home users. “I Ordered 4 LAN cables and you only delivered 1. This impacted the delivery of our project. If we didn't have any spare cables on site we would not have been able to implement the change. Very poor.”

“Ordered cable and connectors on Monday for an urgent job. Paid for next day delivery but didn't get the parcel until Thursday pm. APC overnight are rubbish. Cable Monkey were not at fault here, they dispatched promptly then APC had the parcel for 3 days.”

“I completed the purchase via "guest checkout", yet I received "Thanks for creating an account with Cable Monkey." email, to which I replied that I didn't create one to which I never heard back. Forcing anything on customers is a not too many stars experience for me.”

“cables monkey were totally let down by their courier - not product - and the impossible situation of not being able to get hold of them (Courier) . If they ever confirmed different courier I would use again, but for our area it's Swift. Therefore I have no confidence in ordering from here in future or their partner company - relationship ruined by courier”
