“The IT firm I use to support my business suggested I call Cable Monkey as they use them and have always found them helpful. The person I spoke to (for advice on the appropriate type of cable for our needs) clearly regarded me as an amateur (well, I am) and was not as helpful as I had been led to expect. However, the cable I ordered arrived very quickly and is excellent so the overall experience was good even if it was not as good as I had hoped it would be. I will order from them again but probably won't try asking for advice again.”

“The online service was fine but a bit long winded, although I was very dissapointed I couldn't place an order over the phone, and was told so by your staff - that's crazy!! It's not vwery good customer service for those people who don't or can't use the internet!!”

“Good quality product. Loses a star for slower delivery than expected. Irish website showed items "In stock", but they were unavailable for collection as they were in stock in the UK.”

“The items purchased turned up very promptly and were packaged well enough. The Cat6a connectors arent crimping as well as expected, but the RJ45 faceplates are securing as expected.”

“I am fairly impressed as the delivery was quicker than expected and quite a useful product selection they have. My only minor issue is the packaging, which I considered a little excessive with a box too big for the product and full of polystyrene, but at least it would ensure more fragile products would be safe.”

“A good selection of networking parts at reasonable prices. Some parts offered are also hard to source elsewhere so a visit to Cable Monkey is essential! The website (particularly account creation and management) has some minor issues, but still usable. Good communication and fast delivery on the items I bought.”
