“Good product, decent price, despatched on time - but they used APC for delivery, which is always disappointing as their service is terrible. I paid for next working day delivery but APC took four days - two days running they sent texts with delivery times but didn't turn up (and we were at home) and didn't answer the phone when I rang (many times) to chase up the parcel.”

“Decent cables, but an 8 calendar day wait to have the product shipped without any contact from the seller to say why such a delay, was a bit too much time!”

“The cable was fine and the cost was ok. The delivery was poor. I wrote some delivery instructions in the box provided by Cable Monkey. These instructions were not passed on to the courier by Cable Monkey. When I missed the delivery and tried to pass these delivery instructions on to the courier, they said that they could only take delivery instructions from the sender. What a farce. I ended up collecting the cable from the courier company myself. For that reason alone, I will not use Cable Monkey again.”

“Normally I would give you guys a glowing 5 star review but I was sadly let down with the last batch of external cat 6 which did not peel out the box as normal. The first 10m were fine, then it all jammed up and I had no choice but to remove it from the box and put it on a cable frame dispenser. No pressure on the sides meant the cable fell apart which still meant manual stripping of the reel 2 feet at a time. This obviously adds time to a job but I hope this was a 1 off.”

“More than happy with the service from Cable Monkey, however your courier APC delivered the package to the wrong address and I was waiting approximately one week for the materials. When I tracked the delivery and seen it had been "delivered" I new exactly what had happened.”

“First time using Cable Monkey, I ordered a comms cabinet with two shelves for overnight delivery. Due to it being a Friday order I was expecting it to be dispatched Monday; received the shipping notification Monday morning to say it had gone ... great ... but on Tuesday was told it had been delayed. One shelf did arrive, but the rest wouldn't arrive until Wednesday. Once the Wednesday delivery arrived the boxes had been torn and beaten up and one of the shelves was bent to the point of needing to be bent back so it would fit.”

“I was a bit disappointed in my last order I take it this was due to a glitch in the website but when I ordered my four drums of cable it clearly said 305m on drop down menu as I checked this multiple times as it was a good deal and when it arrived it’s 100m and invoice also said this unfortunately I didn’t notice it until it was already here or I would have canceled or changed my order”
