“Good price, prompt delivery but unfortunately the cable did not unravel as Cat5 normally does from the drum; it keep tangling up & I had to open the drum & untangle the mess inside. Would recommend only ever buy a full drum not a 100m one.”

“Nothing wrong with the product or price (not that iv used it) but on all the emails I could not find the number which was required for the tracking. Which resulted in me not being able to ask the delivery company to leave it in a safe place so I missed the delivery and had to buy from somewhere local”

“I had a very good initial discussion with Connectix about my cabling requirements. I then used Cable Monkey, a subsidiary of Connectix, to buy the recommended product. I had wanted Connectix cable but what arrived was Maxxam cable, despite this being shown against a Connectix specification sheet on the website. I was surprised by this and called Cable Monkey. I was told that Connectix do not make the spec of cable I wanted, so they had sent an equivalent. This equivalent can be bought cheaper elsewhere.”

“Paid for next day delivery as I wanted my items quickly but they didn't arrive on time. Customer services were made aware and provided updated ETA but no offer of a partial refund for the next day delivery fee that I paid. I'll probably look elsewhere in future.”

“Good product, decent price, despatched on time - but they used APC for delivery, which is always disappointing as their service is terrible. I paid for next working day delivery but APC took four days - two days running they sent texts with delivery times but didn't turn up (and we were at home) and didn't answer the phone when I rang (many times) to chase up the parcel.”

“The cable was fine and the cost was ok. The delivery was poor. I wrote some delivery instructions in the box provided by Cable Monkey. These instructions were not passed on to the courier by Cable Monkey. When I missed the delivery and tried to pass these delivery instructions on to the courier, they said that they could only take delivery instructions from the sender. What a farce. I ended up collecting the cable from the courier company myself. For that reason alone, I will not use Cable Monkey again.”

“Normally I would give you guys a glowing 5 star review but I was sadly let down with the last batch of external cat 6 which did not peel out the box as normal. The first 10m were fine, then it all jammed up and I had no choice but to remove it from the box and put it on a cable frame dispenser. No pressure on the sides meant the cable fell apart which still meant manual stripping of the reel 2 feet at a time. This obviously adds time to a job but I hope this was a 1 off.”

“More than happy with the service from Cable Monkey, however your courier APC delivered the package to the wrong address and I was waiting approximately one week for the materials. When I tracked the delivery and seen it had been "delivered" I new exactly what had happened.”
