“the website is nicely set out. The Pictures give you a good idea of what your about to buy. possible change that would make it a bit quicker to process am order, make it so the Part number automatically fills out the options.”

“Shopping experience was simple and easy, the product arrived on time and in good condition, and in massively excessive packaging! I understand many computer components require very careful transport, but my small, already packaged, network card did not need to arrive in another box which was at least 5 times the size of the product and filled to the brim with non-degradable packing peanuts! A small complaint and I appreciate the care taken to make my delivery in a good condition, but for that product the packaging was unnecessary and excessive.”

“I ordered a 20m Ethernet cable, which was delivered spookily fast in a parcel at least 5 times bigger than the cable with a mass amount of those poly quavers, I had to check the order note to make sure I hadn't mistakenly got a microwave!, If the postie could have got it through my letter box I would give five stars.”

“Cable Monkey have a great range of product at very competitive prices. Web site is easy to use but a little more detail about individual items would be a great help when researching, e.g. looking at a cat6a 2 part plug it would have been most useful to know how it is put together.”

“Very happy with the service, thanks. Though you might like to know that the wiring guide that comes with the Philex RJ45 cable tester is wrong. It has the A and B wiring configurations labelled the wrong way round. B type = orange, orange white, ...... This almost got me into trouble as I was going to use it as my reference.”
