“Ordered on line very ease good web-site, delivered in 4 days vert pleased with that, the order was damaged the driver did want to take it off, I had measure up could just cut of the damage, just can't use the off cut, which I was hoping to do”

“Sanctuary carport, Great product, I have used these before, easy and quick to fit, and a great profit margin can be made fitting these, Matt was very helpful, I called him the day prior to picking up my order, And it was ready for me to load the next morning, The only issue I had, The front box gutter was dented in three places, I had to use a mallet to get them out, Maybe more care could be taken when transporting or stocking, Otherwise all good, Would order again”

“Ordered plastic sheets with yourselves which were delivered within a week of ordering everything ran smoothly just need to order in plenty of time as we tend to think we can have the material the next day .we require some more sheets and would not hesitate to order them with you Elfyn D&E Jones builders Ltd”

“I bought a canopy. The first instruction was to fit a rubber strip. As this strip kept falling out I ended up leaving it out so the top of the canopy leaks if the wind blows the wrong way. I fudged this with filler. The screws holding the end plates on the gutter were the wrong size. The holes appear to be 3mm and the screws 4mm; no chance of those fitting! so I drilled out the holes. Despite fitting the plastic with a mallet it ran out by 2cm top and bottom and I had to cut it down. Despite these problems I like the canopy and it does a good job. The components are sturdy and it is not noisy in heavy rain. If I hadn't had these problems I would have no problem giving it a Very Good.”

“C&A Plastics provided good products at a competitive price. I liked the design of the Avon system that I used and the final result looks very smart indeed. (Roof over patio.) I hit a problem by not realising that when warned that the sheets were not cut exactly to size that this included length and not just the width. Variations in width I can understand due to the nature of the polycarbonate sheets, but I had thought the length should be correct. As it was my first sheet was a centimetre longer than it should have been. I did not notice this and since this was all new to me I pressed on trying to get the sheet into place. Only once I had fixed the sheet did I check the length and found it longer than I expected. The sheet is now in place with no expansion joint at the top edge (should have been 11mm.) I appreciate that a lot of work has gone into producing How-To-Do-It videos and instructions. While I did feel that while these gave the basic details very clearly, they did not cover the specifics so well. Some detailed dimensions would be helpful for the PVC components such as the roofing bars and eaves fillers. The instructions were written from the point of view that the customer already had the roofing materials from C&A and would build the structure to suite, whereas my timber frame was already up before the delivery from C&A arrived. There are several small allowances to be made in fitting a polycarbonate roof this is why a bit more in the way of specific details would be helpful. Some other manufacturers provide accurate engineering drawings of their components and I could have done with something similar for the Avon bar system. I realise that if a professional is using a product regularly they would know what they were dealing with but as a DIY-er I needed more detail. For example I wasn't sure how the Avon bar at 58mm wide would work on timbers rafters 47mm wide. Did I need thicker timbers? As it turns out, No! The Avon bars are beautifully designed to sit on 47mm timbers with an attractive overhang each side. It looks great! But it wasn't possible to see just how it work in the fairly 'schematic' video. But great product and many thanks to the folk who answered some of my queries for me.”

“Have been searching for such a product for a long time. Visiting friends in Hampshire I managed to find it. I then purchased two canopies and have to say I am delighted with them. Living in the Highlands, I found the delivery charge of £250.00 a bit steep. However the items were delivered to my sister in Staffordshire and I subsequently collected them from there myself. So far they have stood up to the rigours of the Highland weather and I am delighted!”

“I ordered a dash cam on 6th Oct as a gift required by Oct 16th. Phoned on Oct 17th to enquire where it was left a message. As I was on holiday I received an email from Matt Seyforth on Oct 17th as an apology. Returned home on 24th Oct still no dash cam as this was being delivered as a gift to another address I needed to check it had not been delivered to me by mistake. A phone call to Matt on 26thOct another apology and a promise that it would be sent that night. It was sent and picked up from delivery office two days later. The item has waited this long for a review because they needed to find time to install it. It is now installed and working well good clear pictures. Worth the money pleased I waited and did not cancel and ask for a refund. Thank you Matt for your help.”

“I purchased a SANCTUARY CAR PORT off the internet everything was strait forward ordering it , only fault i found was i did not know that my order was being delivered until i got a phone call from the driver telling me the time he would arrive, it would have been better to have had a e-mail the day before because i could have gone out before the driver rang , the lorry would have been loaded Friday or Saturday plenty of time to e-mail , outherwise”

“Purchased polycarbonate roof and new guttering. Web ordering ran smoothly. Delivered within 10 days. Could have done with more notice of delivery to ensure someone was available - only had 90 minutes notice. All products delivered well packed and to specification except roll of tape - should have a 10m role but only around 6m on roll - not a problem on this occasion.”

“Good product and good delivery. It is probably my fault, but I was not sure which size screws I needed and found they were not long enough and had to get longer ones. But I certainly missed the recommendations on the install videos”

“All went very well, easy to order and arrived on time. the best bit was the delivery driver,who helped us identify all the items and when one was found to be incorrect, he phoned and got it delivered next day.”
