“good polycarbonate sheeting and fittings 1st time using C&A pleased with online ordering and the speed of sending their product. Shame the delivery company used did not take more care with this type of product.”

“Very happy with delivery and very friendly delivery driver. only disappointment is with the quality of the 2-3mm Multi trim. in the past this item was nice and stiff giving rigidity to joint this last batch very soft and easy to bend and will not hold its shape.”

“A VERY EFFICIENT FIRM,NO MISTAKES,GOOD PRICES,FAIRLY QUICK DELIVERY. “I was very pleased with the ordering process online, easy to understand. The guttering products were good quality. However, I felt the delivery charge was too high. Also, I received 2 confirmation e-mails and one by post which was overkill! You could save money as I feel the postal one is unnecessary. Regards Tony Brothers”

“I purchased a small poly carb roof light which arrived reasonably promptly although I do think the £15+ delivery charge a little excessive for a lightweight metre square package! The only things I would say about the product is that the accessories would be far better in black in stead of white which stands out like a sore thumb on a felt roof. The actual roof light is only fixed down with screws and caps so, if you live in a rough area it wouldn't be burglar proof. That is a criticism of the product not the company Cheers Keithbuster”

“The service I received at C & A plastics was very good, I bought a Sanctuary carport kit which is very good quality BUT I have noticed a problem with the design this been that the Polycarbonate sheets are NOT supported top and bottom and with a hail shower last night were bowing under the weight and I am sure will not stand up to a Northern Winter”

“I purchased soffits and fascias. The website ordering was very easy indeed. When I came to unpack the items - some days after delivery one of the fascias had a crack in the corner where it had got squashed in transit. The firm gave me a refund without any quibbling. My one critique is that there is really no tracking information given ( "within next three working days") - so I had to stay at home for three days in order to be at home for the eventual delivery. Even when I rang up they could not be exact about delivery day.”

“Dealt with Tom the sales manager. Very disappointed with the non-availability of the 300 mm colonial Blue and also its poor colour in the brochure to actual. if Tom had not suggested Feather edge instead it is likely I would have gone elsewhere. I hope he has calculated the suggested amendment correctly as the 'non-returns' policy seems to fly in the face of customers expectations these days and the penalties in monetary/% charge harsh.”
