Hello we are sorry for your experience. The goods you ordered were delivered via a 3rd part (direct from suppliers) this means our normal ability to discuss delivery lead times or arrange are not available. Sadly all we can do is phone suppliers and pass information back to yourself and hope that they carry out as they have said. Again we are very sorry about this.

“C&A has a good range of quality products, for home and garden, as well as for some industrial installation. It would be even better if deliveries can be faster and more efficient. In the past I would have collected the items by visiting the depot in Bidder St, London. However, nowadays driving into London is too much of a hassle!”

“Ordering over the phone was good, delivery driver was very helpful, brought everything to the back of property. I ordered material to replace my carport which had been storm damaged. Now replaced all looks good. I would point out that if you wanted anything replaced there is a time limit to get it replaced. I wanted something replaced but was out of the time limit so just bear this in mind.”
