“Ordered quickly and easily by phone and got excellent product knowledge from sales person . Fast delivery on Company vehicle . Driver very helpful as well as willing to help carry large quantity of goods onto premises. Soffit / Facias and white deep flow gutter all top quality products - competitive prices on everything. “Great service from Martin to answer queries and support the order process. Order came when expected. All packaged well. Delivery driver was awesome - not easy reversing a 7.5ton truck up my track or finding my place. He was great Wouldn't hesitate to use C&A again.”

“Very helpful I went in not underanding what I needed justt gave measurements and it was all worked out and got together at cheapest way delivered 200 miles away £40 further help given on how to fix over phone Highly recommended”

Hi Thank you for your review however it would be helpful if you could provide us more information. I have looked at your order and will answer the points you raised. Not sure what poor website is means, look and feel something did not work etc. Wrong delivery address put in by staff, YOU placed the order online, we did not enter the delivery address you provided these. Problems paying? the system shows you only tried to make the payment once and it went through the first time. If you would like to contact us then perhaps we can try and understand exactly what the problems you experienced are.

“I spoke to 3 C & A employees, for advice, placing an order and the delivery driver. You can only be impressed by their helpfulness and knowledge. They are a credit to the management team. I am only a small time customer but I wish I could use more of their products and deal with them more often”

“Had a minor problem with order so phoned the company to resolve it, they were very helpfull ensuring I ordered all the elements I needed and took on the line, they indicated it would be delivered within the week. Got a call within 24hours saying it would be delivered the next day. A very helpfull delivery man carried the heaviest element to my door. Good helpfull sevice and better time scale than I expected”
