“The first order I received was incorrect. They sent a completely different trim. After further discussions they agreed to send the correct trims. Received the 2nd order today. Again. They sent the same trims as before😡 these were also badly damaged. My experience of this company is poor say the least. I would surgest they totally review there picking / dispatch dept.”

“I have used this firm in the past and been pleased with the service and products but the last order was excessively delayed and I went to another company to get my stuff. Despite a promise to ring me when my order was redy to dispatch (in order for me to cancel the delivery) I ended up with twice what I needed”

Hi, thank you for your review and I wanted to reply to let you know I have looked into this. You order was delayed due to stock issues with the manufacturer, I can also see you we have spoken to you several times and a manager spoke to you when you asked. I don't understand your comment with regards to wanting us to ring you when in stock so you could cancel the order? We would have been happy to cancel the order at anytime especially if you had sourced the materials from someone else, cancelling an order is never a problem. If you no longer require the items, as you have said you have twice as much, then please send them back and we can arrange a refund for you. We always want to fix problems if they arise and are sorry we have not met your expectations this time. Regards C & A Building Products
