Hello we are sorry that we didn't meet your expectation on this order, However we do list in our delivery terms and information that we only make standard delivery to mainland UK However you "can still add items to your basket and register but DO NOT make a payment. We will then be able to view your order and price it for delivery". What you managed to do was run the order through as a collection which add zero delivery charge. We do get customers who place orders for collection hence the website will allow you to place the order. We did contact you straight away to confirm this and refunded as soon as the issue became apparent. Thank you for taking the time to leave a review and we hope you managed to source to goods needed.
