“Ordered greenhouse polycarbonate sheets, seem to do the job well and much easier than glass to cut. Dispatch was prompt with the product arriving at 0800 within 40 miles of my address overnight the day after i placed the order. Pity it took from the Friday morning until the Monday late afternoon to complete the journey to my house.”

“Ordering and delivery all as expected. Materials good quality. One item delivered wrong but replaced next day. Did not return one phone call and paperwork a little confusing for replacement item!”

“I purchased a Green house pack of 4mm sheeting on the Sunday and received the goods the following Wednesday. Can't fault delivery, goods are exactly what I ordered, very pleased. The only criticism I have is that I didn't get an automated email response to my order, which is concerning when doing financial transactions over the internet. I phoned on the Monday to ensure that the order had been placed okay. This was confirmed and I was told that an email had already been sent? (I did receive an email on Tuesday with the invoice). I did get an email from TNT on the Monday after I had talked to C & A confirming collection and delivery - that's great, but order confirmation from Supplier first would be better.”

“A bit of a small problem the roofing sheets and the tape I ordered roofing sheets were delivered but no tape but it was soon sorted tape was in the post 4 next day delivery”

“Helpful sales person, reminded me I needed end caps to go with sill board. Door canopy etc all fine , but delivery was slow which was a shame as we were waiting for window sill to complete job. Delivery guy rang night before apparently problem with truck!”

“Having just refreshed our home with new A Rated Aluminium windows after 40 years we decided upon C&A Deep flow Guttering and Fascias in anthracite to match the windows thereby completing a total makeover for the external appearance of our home and what is more render it virtually maintenance free. We couldn't be more delighted and the prices and specifications were competitive with local competition the delivery completed within seven to ten days all in one batch which was hassle free and just as promised. We hope that fitting will be just as painless and straightforward. Watch this space.”

“I was extremely satisfied with the customer service and delivery deadline.Only thing is that I was left short of two corrugated sheets and ended up buying it from a local builders merchant. Otherwise I think overall it's been a good experience.”

“Over the years I have purchased Polycarbonate sheets, Fascia and soffit, Gutter, and cladding. I have found the counter staff friendly and helpful, the same applies to the telephone ordering staff. Your delivery driver is very good and helpful, my only concern here is that I do not get prior warning of deliveries, he just telephones when he is out the back so I can let him in. It would be helpful if I got a text, email of telephone call the day before to say the delivery was on its way next day. I have now mastered it, but, your on line ordering system is a bit confusing. But all in all good products and good service. Regards Mike”

“i purchased some polycarbonate sheets together with glazing bars and accessories to construct a carport.It is the 1st time that i have used this company but found both the service and quality of the items to be excellent. When i placed the order i omitted to order 2 items which was quickly spotted by Ebony in sales who rang me to double- check and i was able to correct my order before delivery. Their driver rang me the day before delivery which i appreciate very much. well done!”

“I purchased polycarbonate sheeting through Matt who was most helpful. I had also intended purchasing aluminium glazing bar and had spoken to Darren about the suitability of the 50mm wide glazing bar to span between purlins ie no rafter support. He assured me that this was ok but in speaking with ariel plastics I discovered that they do a special aluminium section 60mm wide and ~70% more weight in the section than C&A Hawk product. I also discovered that in your catalogue it specifically says that your glazing bar must be supported so did find this a little disappointing. Also I was assured that the bituminous flashing was the market leading Evostic 'Flashband'. Not the case. Now, the supplied flashing might well be ok but it would have been better if was given the correct info at the time. Apart from these 2 niggles all was ok. The delivery driver was also v. good in that he had just driven down from Glasgow but had a happy disposition and was quite wiling to carry all of the goods into the garage or wherever.”

“I have purchased one of these canopys befor,and so had a good idea how to fit together, which is quite staight forward.but this one had a damaged corner on the poly, sheet.I had to dress it out to fit. Pleased with the product, and it looks good for the price.”

“The dashcam appears to be of good quality although I have not yet fitted it in my motorhome. I found fitting the camera to the GPS unit, (a slide mount) that sticks to the windscreen very difficult, the terminals do not retract very easily and I'm not sure if it will stay affixed to the screen after a couple of camera removals from the slide. However it does work and give a good field of view when offered up to the place on the screen it will be fitted to, so fingers crossed.”
