“Your brochure didn't make clear which side of the polycarbonate faces up - i.e I now understand it to be the blue film side which has the UV protection. I had to phone you. It would also help if there were clearly annotated details and diagrams for the end caps' and tapes' methods of fixing. e.g. it wasn't clear that the breather tape goes at the bottom of the sheet and the white plastic end trim actually goes over it, and that the 'hook' acts as a throat or fain drip. I hope this helps. Having said that I did find your brochure comprehensive and informative.”

“Great service and always helpful at the ordering stage. Less flexible (kinda understandably) at the delivery stage though. Great that you deliver so far out but offset against limited options for delivery to cope with fitting in with personal commitments with your customers.”

“A good product which looks most attractive. However better instructions needed. When constructing a building it would be best to concenrate on the roof width first. In this way the ondulations in the roofing material would match the roof width exactly and avoid introducing fillets to create a neat finish. Having established the width of the roof it is relatively easy to deduct the measurements of cladding etc and arrive at an accurate measurement for the construction of the base. Bearing in mind the size of the order I found the delivery charge excessive. I hope this reporthas proved helpful. MK”

“I ordered some square guttering products and some roof felt plastic replacements. They were all exactly what I needed to do the job. The only thing that I can fault is the delivery time, which was almost two weeks. For the delivery charge of twenty pounds I would expect delivery to be within 48 hours at least.”

Thank you for the feedback, i have looked into your order and due to the nature of the products these are not suitable to be sent by carrier so delivery is made on our own transport. Our standard delivery is up to 10 days and i did notice that we delivered in 9 days so it is right on our limit of what we aim to achieve. These times depend on the day you order as our vehicles leave on a Monday for a full weeks run. If you had ordered on a Friday then it would have left on the Monday unfortunately your order was processed on the Tuesday and so you had to wait until the following week. You mentioned the delivery charges, these do not represent the actual cost of delivery and this is actually much more. Due to the low price of our products both instore and online we can not offer a cheaper service along with bulk order discounts which off sets the delivery charge, we do always say that customers are always welcome to come and collect if they do not wish to pay delivery charges. “I was impressed with the very quick delivery of the door canopy that I had ordered, and also with the quality of the product. However I was not very happy with the assembly instructions. I.E. there was no mention of the drill bit size required for the fixing bolts, there was no sugestion that two people would make the bending of the plastic sheet easier, and also the diagrams were very small.......exploded views would make things a lot easier. A door canopy is probably an item that is sold to a DIY person like myself, and as such we require very explicit instructions, having said that, I am very pleased with the product.”

“I bought 16mm 9 wall polycarbonate sheets for my conservatory. Maybe mistakenly, I expected the internal walls to be substantial and increase the rigidity of the panels as well as provide good insulation, but the internal walls are more like thin polythene membrane rather than walls. They don't add any strength, and they do make it more difficult to remove any cut particles or water before sealing them. Otherwise the service from cabp was good.”

“Purchased over door canopy. Am pleased with the product, but fixing was a nightmare, wasn't simple. Took three persons to fit due to uneven surface. Perhaps a flat panel attachment for wall would be advisable”

“I probably use your company 6x a year and travel up from Hastings normally everything is ok but on Saturday luckily I noticed before I left your member of staff had given me none of the white top caps for the vale glazing bars. When I got home I also noticed the black 50mm nails I ordered were brown when I checked the box, no free gloves and I had to almost beg for some screws to put the vale glazing bar end caps on which is a bit of a rip off as there only 50x50 angle cut up into inconsistent sizes. I don't normally like to complain but about 3 mistakes on a small pretty high order value is not good in my opinion.”

“The door canopy assembly was relatively straight forward however, it is impossible to put the rubber sealant along the front and back fixing bars as depicted in the photo instructions. This was overcome by placing the rubber sealant over the lip to the fixing bars and use plastic silicon to fill the gap between the plastic board and the frontal and back fixing bars to make it water tight. The rubber sealant along the wall brackets fitted perfectly. The remaining part of the installation to the brickwork was straight forward. The ‘You Tube Video’ on the Internet only shows the rubber sealant along the wall bracket?”

“Dash Cam A good product - multi features, compact and impressive spec. Good price, and a proper hard wired kit also available. Quickly despatched, and well packaged. Overall a good experience, and I will use the company again - for 2 reasons,. my wife may need a cam, and I might decide to fit one at the rear - at the prices offered, this is feasible.
