“Ordered new car port roof via web. Only snag, no estimate of delivery day. Was told on phone that driver woukd call me when delivery was scheduled. Only call 30 mins before he was arriving - lucky I was in!”

“I purchased some polycarbonate sheets and fittings to re-roof my conservatory. I had prepared most of my "shopping list" from the website but needed a little advice to ensure I had all I needed and Joe was very helpful in this regard. The order was made and delivery reached me in the time slot suggested on the delivery date quoted. The driver (Chris?) was helpful and efficient. I have had to mark the score down as I had some difficulty getting through on the phone (recorded message saying branch was shut, then just cut off) and I noticed when unpacking that the 2 edge beads were marked. It looks like rust staining and was inside the protective covering but I am not concerned as it seems to wipe off with a little soapy water. I will shop here again.”

“Ordered some polycarbonate sheets and their fixings for a roof to a pergola. Received a sales call after placing order to ensure I had not forgotten an item, which was very helpfull. I soon realised I had to adapt half the end caps for the Glen bars for my pergola design but in fact the end caps don't work at all with the 10mm sheets!”

“I have used C & A a number of time more recently for fascia and sofit product very good quality sizes quoted very accurate and delivery by their own driver very good, and up until my last order i would have rated them 5 star, the last order i had included sill boards a some 2.5 metre facia delivered by TNT unfortunately a once unpacked found most parts stained by rusty rain water that had got into the packaging finished surfaces on sill boards chipped not the standard i have come to expect , due to shapes and sized need i was able to work round the chipped boards ........... I have in hte past always been more than happy with quality of the products received thats why I a a return customer but maybe time to shop around if the last experience is a sign of how things are now”

“I purchased 6 mm policarbonate sheet for repairing an external door canopy. The product quality delivered was as described and as expected. However your customer service left a little bit to be desired in terms of notification of delivery. One of your communications stated the following : 'Your order has been dispatched and you can expect delivery within the next 5 working days. We will call you to advise an expected delivery date and time. Please note someone must be available to accept delivery as failed deliveries may incur additional costs'. Nobody called to say what day it would be delivered, nor from the driver as to approx. what time it would be delivered. Fortunately I was at home at the time it was delivered as the product had to be signed for. Not good enough needs improving particularly in these days of digital and mobile communication.”

“I bought 2 SmartVent 300 and in both of them of the 3 switches,the middle one which is I believe the IN/OUT does not work ;when I push the switch down to the on position it does not stay there it goes all the time to the off position. I think is very unlikely the same switch to be faulty in both solar power ventilators. I would appreciate if you let me know what is wrong or what am I doing wrong. Order Ref WO7108790”

Thanks for the feedback, I have looked at your order and can confirm an email was sent with regards your delivery and we also call the day before with an approximate delivery time. I will look into this further however I can confirm the email address is the same one as you have used for the review.

“I have purchased mini profile polycarbonate facia items for a project that I am undertaking, which are just what I wanted. However, the matching mini profile polycarbonate sheets are not available from C&A Building Plastics on your web-site - or at least I could not find them if they are, and so I had to go to a different supplier. Disappointing!!”

“Overall very helpful, disputed error on first delivery which was quickly put right, your drivers were cheerfull and helpful full marks, Your new boy will go far dispite his set back providing he is determined, I suggested he should learn a skill (essential in life) do an evening class NOW and keep it up! “I've used C&A in the past and not been disappointed with the products, on this occasion I'd ordered Onduline & Onduvillar roofing and cladding, would have given a 5 but unfortunately I received a wrong part on the cladding corners and have to wait until Monday for another delivery to rectify. Both parts look similar so I can understand the mix up, however it was annoying to have to wait for a few days to get going again. Customer service via Bonnie, is very good, as is Craig on the transportation.”

“I purchased Sanctuary carport kit, it is straight forward to install. But it is not easy, if you get wrong size of item. i received wrong size screw (SR1) for end caps. it cost me couple of hours to find right size of screws. 2x 5mm drill bit not enough for job. One of the screw bit snap when dropped on the floor. Delivery good”
