He willingly helped my son carry the largest sheet of 4mm thick polycarbonate sheet into my garage: further smaller goods were neatly packed in a box. “Order put in on weds morning. told 3 to 5 day. After 5 days phone, comming tomorrow.now 7days and still no goods.Day 8 phoned again,Last day befor I ask for refund.This is no way to service the customer.”

“We were pleased with the customer service and the product but not with the carrier that was used. We were not contacted about delivery times and the tracking was vague. As it turned out we were minutes away from leaving the house when the van just turned up with our delivery. No communication at all, these days you expect a call prior to delivery at least.”

“I've been looking for reasonably priced glazing bars to solve the leaks I have through my veranda roof. These fit the bill perfectly as all I have to do is remove the glazing nib and screw the top aluminium section down. A good product and prompt efficient service. I shall be back to order enough to complete the job once I have the time to do the job itself”
