“I've been looking for reasonably priced glazing bars to solve the leaks I have through my veranda roof. These fit the bill perfectly as all I have to do is remove the glazing nib and screw the top aluminium section down. A good product and prompt efficient service. I shall be back to order enough to complete the job once I have the time to do the job itself”

“I purchased 6 mm policarbonate sheet for repairing an external door canopy. The product quality delivered was as described and as expected. However your customer service left a little bit to be desired in terms of notification of delivery. One of your communications stated the following : 'Your order has been dispatched and you can expect delivery within the next 5 working days. We will call you to advise an expected delivery date and time. Please note someone must be available to accept delivery as failed deliveries may incur additional costs'. Nobody called to say what day it would be delivered, nor from the driver as to approx. what time it would be delivered. Fortunately I was at home at the time it was delivered as the product had to be signed for. Not good enough needs improving particularly in these days of digital and mobile communication.”

“Overall I was very impressed,there was one small mix up but they rectified it immediately, which speaks volumes about this company.The products were good at a great price,not a lot more to say really.If there was one thing that I thought they could have done better, it would be to to receive an update on delivery especially when there is a 5-10 day delivery period. However they did deliver within the period they said so maybe I am being a bit picky.”

“I bought 2 SmartVent 300 and in both of them of the 3 switches,the middle one which is I believe the IN/OUT does not work ;when I push the switch down to the on position it does not stay there it goes all the time to the off position. I think is very unlikely the same switch to be faulty in both solar power ventilators. I would appreciate if you let me know what is wrong or what am I doing wrong. Order Ref WO7108790”

“I purchased some corrugated clear sheeting and guttering etc. The service was excellent with all the information I needed posted to me on email and snail mail. I received a phone call the day before delivery giving me the delivery time. The delivery driver was very helpful putting everything where I needed it. I will certainly be using C&A again”

Thanks for the feedback, I have looked at your order and can confirm an email was sent with regards your delivery and we also call the day before with an approximate delivery time. “I purchased some 5m long Polycarbonate Sheets, the driver had a little trouble finding our property as it is a remote location but he persevered and between us we got the lorry to our house. We unloaded the sheets and the driver was on his way, he was courteous and helpful, thank you.”
