My order with the 3 bottles and lunch boxes I got email with a photo of my delivery outside my front door but I didn't actually get it I was out all day? Thanks Amber

As per your tracking information, we can also see a picture of this being delivered. Absolutely terrible ordered 6 sky blue t-shirts got sent 6 red t-shirts called them said no problem will sort it out over 2 weeks later the correct T-shirts still haven’t arrived and no one has answered my emails

When we were made aware, we reacted swiftly by placing the correct colours on order for you. However, these t-shirts were on back-order, which unfortunately can happen from time to time. Hi Monica, We are sorry to hear you have not yet received your items. We can see via your DPD tracking information that was emailed over to you, that you have had five missed delivery attempts since your order was placed on June 24th. As a result of this, your parcel has now been delivered back to us. As there have been over three missed delivery attempts, we will not resend out this parcel, and a refund will be actioned. Not delivered to redirected address as I wasn’t in - parcel thrown over a side gate - good job it was in plastic bag and not fragile….!!

Good morning, We are sorry to hear about this. As discussed in our email chain, this courier will not be getting in touch with you as they explained there is an issue with your address that can only be rectified by you. One of our colleagues who has been discussing this with you has provided you with courier phone numbers for you to contact to correct your address for you to receive your parcel. We are sorry about this inconvenience, but unfortunately, this is not something we can help with as it is your address that is causing the problem with delivery, and we are unaware of what this issue could be hence why the courier would like you to get in touch. I ordered shirts using the correct code but didn't realise this code is applied to both women's and men's polos. I was not allowed to exchange the products and have hence wasted £14 in postage. Not impressed.

The heavy fruit of the loom t-shirts always shrink in the first wash. Waste of money. The heavy fruit of the loom polo shirts keep their shape in the wash. They are good quality.

Third time of asking, paid on the 12/03/22 purchase still not received, by all accounts attempted delivery 3 times,I'm sure!! called week later, sorry returned to depot, rang 18th not received rang again 23rd, sorry sir been sent to Denmark. I think logistic department require a map, as idot believe there's an Ashford Kent in Denmark. To all enjoy your wait! Still not received!!! Happy shoppingm

However, we processed a replacement as requested, but this was then accidentally mislabeled; this is a human error that can unfortunately happen. I am still yet to receive these t shirts. The were allegedly sent out for delivery. I work from home and have a video doorbell and nobody attempted to deliver the shirts. I was then informed by email that they were available for collection at a shop that is an hour round trip from my home.

One of our colleagues looked into this and can see the parcel was held at your local DPD pickup shop; this is a new policy by DPD to allow the parcel to be collected the same day, as well as saving the environment. We can see this parcel was held at the pickup shop for over a week and was then returned to us as no collection took place. As a result, you emailed in to discuss this issue further and request a refund; this was swiftly actioned by one of our team who emailed you back. We apologise for the inconvenience caused regarding this. However, a resolution was acted as soon as we were made aware. On the picture on the website the mask was all black but when I revived the masks they have a white strip along the top and bottom, which was disappointing to see. With Christmas I haven’t had time to give my review. Unhappy customer 😞
