“Bought t shirts, jumpers and hoodies a few weeks ago and still haven’t received them. Might not be buytshirtsonline fault as it’s with dpd, but still frustrating as dpd aren’t helping and you can’t do anything about it”

We can see on your tracking info that DPD had tried to deliver to your neighbour, as requested on the 13th of October, but has been held in the DPD depot since. “Order XL T shirts but instead got all L T shirts! Worst thing is the order sheet in the bag clearly says XL”

“I paid £6 delivery but recieved items too late for the occasion I wanted them for. I wanted to return them and was told I would have to pay for the return. The delivery fee and the possible return fee would have far exceeded the cost of the items I purchased. I was told I had only bought a few items and you as a company depend on multiple purchases. You should make me feel valued as a customer even if I only want to spend a £1. Not everyone has alot of money!”

Our terms & conditions state our delivery costs and possible returns fee that we recommend our customers to read before purchase to avoid any upset. We can see that your order was placed on Thursday evening, which we dispatched on Friday at 8:44 am, which was then delivered to you on the next working day, which was Monday. Our dispatch times are 1 to 2 days, and delivery is during working days, we dispatched within 1 day and delivered on the next working day, so we are sorry you did not receive your goods in time for your occasion. Hi Melanie, this order looks to have 4 missed delivery attempts from the 21st to the 27th of September, and as a result has now unfortunately been returned back to us. “The order was quickly dispatched but DPD said they tried to deliver 3 times and failed. They had my phone number and directions plus a picture of the house. I stopped in all 3 days and nobody came. My order was sent back. I contacted all parties but no joy.”

Hi, Tracking info is sent on the day of delivery. If an order hasn't been received within 1-2 working days then please contact us and we will be happy to chase for you. We have no way of knowing if you haven't received your order. Many Thanks

“Terrible delivery. Items sent in 3 separate packages at separate times total inconvenience and a waste of resources. No information of this separate parcel policy sent via purchase confirmation, only one tracking number provided for one package. A disaster.”

Last week I spoke to your customer service, and let know my order didn’t completed there is 5 kids blue shirts are still missing. Hello Muhammad, I can see that the 5 missing garments were reported and logged, however only one is showing as being despatched from the warehouse. I do apologise about this. Hello Deepak, This order was dispatched on the 18th of February and since then DPD attempted delivery twice and are returning this parcel to ourselves as undeliverable.
