“Aweful. Paid express and the items never arrived. If I hadn’t chased it up, they would have just kept my money. The parcel just went missing apparently.”

Hi, Tracking info is sent on the day of delivery. If an order hasn't been received within 1-2 working days then please contact us and we will be happy to chase for you. We have no way of knowing if you haven't received your order. Many Thanks

“Terrible delivery. Items sent in 3 separate packages at separate times total inconvenience and a waste of resources. No information of this separate parcel policy sent via purchase confirmation, only one tracking number provided for one package. A disaster.”

“Hi Dear Sir/Madam, I hope you are well. Sorry to say but I am not satisfied your service, because, I haven’t received my complete order there is still 4 kids shirts 👕 are missing. Last week I spoke to your customer service, and let know my order didn’t completed there is 5 kids blue shirts are still missing. Then after and send me just one shirt 👕 but still my order 4 shirts missing, I haven’t received my complete order. Regards M. Aslam”

Hello Muhammad, I can see that the 5 missing garments were reported and logged, however only one is showing as being despatched from the warehouse. I do apologise about this. I have arranged an investigation with the warehouse and they will send the remaining 4 garments out to you, for delivery tomorrow. Kind regards

Hello Deepak, This order was dispatched on the 18th of February and since then DPD attempted delivery twice and are returning this parcel to ourselves as undeliverable. “Sizing was not as advertised on the listing. Hoodie is way too small compared to standard sizing. No free returns either, so stuck with something that can't be worn because it costs more to send back than the value of the refund. Disappointing.”

“Bought 4 T shirts. Tried them on to check fit and all ok. On first wash before wearing them they all shrank to an unwearable size. Waste of time and money buying them.”
