I have spoken to customer service before I purchased my T-shirts, I clearly requested for my dark greys to be 50% Cotton 25% Polyester 25% Ryon. You guys sent me Light grey instead and 50%polyester 25% cotton and 25% viscose. I am totally disappointed after buying almost 60 Tshirt for the first time.

I ordered three Fruit of the Loom Sweatshirts, and although they do not come in the 'Expensive' category, I was a Customer. These were simple put into a very large box - no individual wrapping at all and consequently arrived in a very creased state. They were duly iron and put away in my cupboard. I contacted your Company and the person I spoke to called me Mate, until I corrected him, and complained about the state. I said, send them back, but I told him that they were now ironed and folded correctly and suggested a refund or some sort of compensation but this was rejected. To supply such goods in such a state was very bad and certainly not helped with the very off manner of after sales

A quick delivery of #137846 (WEB137846) has not been such a quick one , as i now think that another recipitant might have it by mistake! This is so because of the fact that I am waiting more than a week to recieve the shirts and am not very intended to paying for something that is being not here when in fairness Irish paskages ship to UK in less than 5 days! Overall very disappointed and am thinkink about a refund in a couple more days.

I place my order and made a payment. Received an email to say order had been cancelled. Shouldn't accept order if they don't have the stock.

Wrong order arrived all items XS, which was not ordered. Original order has still not arrived

Hi Laurence, we would urge all of our Customers to contact us immediately, if they have not received their order on the day that was expected. We can track your order and give you an estimated time of arrival. Please note if you order before 4pm you should receive your order the next working day (subject to stock availability).

Promised next day delivery, gave full details on how to make delivery. Their couriers failed to deliver 3 times stating that they had attempted each time, which was not true. Then organised to be delivered to storage facility, left work early to collect them, only to be told that they were damaged and returned. Buy Tshirts then offered to re-pack the order and send again whilst tracking it, which they did. But again the driver did not deliver them and did not make contact with us. Our company is in an industrial area, we have visitors daily, all of whom are able to find us. Shocking that a delivery driver failed 4 times! Buy Tshirts then told us that we would have to make a 50 mile round trip to collect the items ourselves. We work with people who have disabilities, these items were their new uniform. We keep making promises that the items will be delivered. Such an incredible let down to us all!! Would never use this company again, clearly they have a very poor relationship with their delivery contract.

Hi First time I ordered 120977 I recived the tshirt fast but I'v got something else that I ordered! At the Confirmation it sayed Gildan premium color daisy I ordred Fruit of the loom Yellow!!!! So I returned it, ( just did so today) I maded a new ordre 121730 yestoday, and this time it also sayed Fruit of the loom Heavy cotton YELLOW on the confirmation.. Sent to Southampton instead of North Wales, asked for a refund on my next day delivery to be donated to our charity partners as a matter of principle and emails have been ignored. Good product and if a gesture of apology was given I would consider using the company again, until that point I'm not convinced customer service is a priority.

The hoodies arrived quickly but are far too big. Your returns process seems to be able very complex. I have followed the instructions and have not had a returns label sent to my email. I am going on holiday tomorrow. If I do not receive a returns label I can print off today I will miss your 2/52 return window.... I am not happy...

I made an online order, asked for delivery (as the confirmation email and the fact that they processed my order for delivery and actually told me via yet another email that it had already been dispatched all confirm) then despite the total at checkout having stated that delivery was £0.00 they refused to send my order, showing them to be far from truthful when saying my order had already been sent, unless I paid an extra nearly 33% on top. Despite us having a legally valid contract they refused to accept that they or their online ordering system may have made a mistake, blamed me despite the evidence to the contrary saying I had asked for collect in store (I hadn't) and without my consent refunded the original payment. Smacks of sharp practice, adding charges after the order has been made and processed. Avoid using this company. Poor. Wish there was a 'no stars' option. Complete waste of time.

Hi Claire, You clicked collect in store so didn't pay any postage. We have informed you about this and asked you to pay the postage which you didn't want to do so we refunded you. Delivery only states £0.00 when the collect in store option is chosen.

delivery very poor quality it said in my package just leave it next to my doorstep it mean leave there , no they said we missed you nobody sign for it ?? it's not your business who sign or not , just read what stat say just leave it on my door steep , when i come i will found the package there not a not or an email photo ??? useless service and headache , no way next time

I believe initially my wife entered wrong address so our fault. She rang and told someone the correct address which was then entered on re delivery for next day . My wife stayed in whole day (again) same resulThis so. Driver says no one in . He took pic of a block of flats ( not ours) to prove he'd been but pic was a close up of a window (again not ours) assuming it was taken to prove he'd tried to deliver parcel. Surely if outside door you'd take pic of door and number proving At right door and why when booking do I enter a contact number and no one uses it and I've now got to wait for parcel to be dropped at local shop to be collected when I believe driver never been to us at all .This message as taken ages to write due to deleting numerous expletives and trying to stay civil if got contact numbers use them
