I checked the size guide and made sure that I ordered the correct one, the item came and was waaaaay too small. Checked the invoice and details to double check I ordered the right one and all was correct. No idea what sizes they are going off but it was no where near normal.

I’m unable to review the items as they’ve still not been delivered to me, despite me paying for the non-optional next day delivery by courier. My items are currently 4 days late. The company aren’t responding to my emails asking for help tracing the delivery either so I don’t have a tracking number to chase it up with the courier or any idea if I’ll ever get it. Incredibly poor service so far. Maybe I’ll come back and update my review if someone eventually responds to my emails. or makes a delivery.

Sizing on the ladies tshirts is way way way out!! XXL is supposed to be a size 18, well I’m a 12/14 and it only just about fit me. I’d ordered a bunch of these for a night out and only 2 of us fitted in them so we had to order larger shirts elsewhere. In fact the 9-11 kids tshirt was bigger than the medium ladies?! Disappointed

I had a big problem with the web site and was never asked to pay for delivery. The order was accepted but then they came back to me for an additional payment which was steep and felt like I was being scammed so I declined to pay anymore money and tried to explain my objection. The site needs looking at and it needs to be clear and fair to all. All I wanted was a few tee shirts and this whole thing stressed me out. I ended up cancelling my order so can't comment on the product itself.

I ordered the t shirts assuming they were the correct version shown in the picture and also checked my order which showed the correct version. Unfortunately the chat on the web site doesn't work so unable to confirm order is accurate at this point. We therefore submitted the order with a follow up email confirming the exact t-shirt required. On delivery it was incorrect and after speaking with the customer service dept he said he wasn't sure of the exact t-shirt and went away to confirm. In the end it cost us more postage and package to return the order and we are still awaiting the exchange? In summary poor website ordering system, as per the order a simple picture of the garment would assist in confirming the correct one has been selected. Staff blamed us for not knowing the website and if I didn't need the t-shirts ASAP I would have gone elsewhere. Still awaiting the new dispatch for following day only works on new orders and not returns, should have gone for a refund!!!!!! Lesson learned go to a company that can respond immediately they receive communication and don' ignore emails or offer service that doesn't exist. Very disapointed

Tried to check when new stock would come in to get enough t-shirts of one colour, was told they did not know. So ordered a range of colours and when the order arrived there was 13 less than ordered. Tried to find out if the missing items would be delivered and a week later still no answer. Rubbish company. On the plus side, the items I receive appear to be of a good quality. Still, customer service so poor and order not met that I can only give one star.

Il ya 4 ans que je commande chez vous et ma derniere commande ne m'a pas satisfait du tout. Je n'ai pas eu mon numéro colis, impossible de suivre mon colis ou de changer ma livraison. J'ai eu ce numéro de colis, enfin, en me connectant au chat. Une autre chose, lorsque je me connecte à mon compte, rogermer11430@yahoo.com, les réponses sont envoyées sur une autre adresse mail qui n'est plus en service dans quelques temps. J'ai déjà signalé ce problème, mais ce n'est pas pris en compte, c'est très decevant.

I have spoken to customer service before I purchased my T-shirts, I clearly requested for my dark greys to be 50% Cotton 25% Polyester 25% Ryon. You guys sent me Light grey instead and 50%polyester 25% cotton and 25% viscose. I am totally disappointed after buying almost 60 Tshirt for the first time.

I ordered three Fruit of the Loom Sweatshirts, and although they do not come in the 'Expensive' category, I was a Customer. These were simple put into a very large box - no individual wrapping at all and consequently arrived in a very creased state. They were duly iron and put away in my cupboard. I contacted your Company and the person I spoke to called me Mate, until I corrected him, and complained about the state. I said, send them back, but I told him that they were now ironed and folded correctly and suggested a refund or some sort of compensation but this was rejected. To supply such goods in such a state was very bad and certainly not helped with the very off manner of after sales

A quick delivery of #137846 (WEB137846) has not been such a quick one , as i now think that another recipitant might have it by mistake! This is so because of the fact that I am waiting more than a week to recieve the shirts and am not very intended to paying for something that is being not here when in fairness Irish paskages ship to UK in less than 5 days! Overall very disappointed and am thinkink about a refund in a couple more days.

I place my order and made a payment. Received an email to say order had been cancelled. Shouldn't accept order if they don't have the stock.
