“Despite paying for next day delivery my tshirt arrived 4 days later. I called and spoke to an extremely rude and unhelpful man who would not even discuss a refund for the next day delivery purchase. In his words: "We can beat around the bush as much as you like but you're not getting a refund". I might add it was only the delivery fee I wanted a refund for, not the tshirt. Non-existent customer service. Would not recommend to anyone.”

The order was placed at Thursday 23rd April 2015, 5:48 pm which is outside of office hours. The item was dispatched the next day for delivery the next working day which was a Monday. This was when the order was delivered. This is quite clear in our terms and conditions which is why we did not refund the postage. We pride ourselves on customer service and apologies if you were not happy with that.
