“Hi. I bought one set of solar lights early May liked them so much I bought two more sets, unfortunately today the first set have failed so my initial pleasure with this product has now changed due to this failure I was happy hence purchasing two further sets but now not happy and left feeling disheartened and wondering how long before the next two sets will fail - not happy ☹️☹️”

The description we use is given to us from the manufacture, and it did clearly state it was just a coating on the product and not what is it made out of. Soon as you asked if you could return for a refund, we accepted the return request and this was processed on our behalf by eBay and PayPal.

“Despite saying that they were not able to work quickly due to CoVid19 I had a great experience. The delivery was organised quickly. Unfortunately one of the products was damaged by the delivery company but customer service replied quickly to my email and I had a replacement product delivered in a few days with no hassle.”
