“I was delighted to buy a Saw Horse from you but it got so badly damaged in transit that neither of the trestles were any good and by the time I was able to contact you all the rest of your stock had been sold. I have managed to find another company and bought from them. I got a receipt from the DHL driver to say that he had collected the damaged goods on the 25/06/2020 at 7 minutes past 10 am but we are still being told it is in transit so I still have not been refunded my £120.00. Delivery of the second was by DHL and it came the next day!! I know it is not your fault as DHL were the transporters.”
