“First time using Buy A Parcel. Item was delivered reasonably quickly despite the current Covid issues. Best price around for the shower unit I bought. Only one small niggle, I had to email to find out if the item had been despatched as there was no notification to let me know it was on the way. Did get a fast response to advise it had been sent and item arrived the next day. On the whole, a fairly pleasant buying experience.”

“For this order only 2 stars. Ordered on a Saturday. No email confirming order, chased through email, no response. Chased through PayPal. Was initially told order was delivered 2 weeks before I ordered. Now, that order was superb, on time and was what made me reorder. But I paid for that delivery! Eventually they found the order, this is 4 working days after the order was placed when they say 2-3 days free delivery, and it still hadn't been sent. Will it arrive? I hope so. Would I used them again? After the first order I did. After this order, not quite so sure. I appreciate these are difficult times, I am running 14 service engineers, but if you can't deliver adjust your delivery times. I would have paid the extra for delivery to get it within a week.”

“Used a Courier called Hermes who simply did not deliver the parcel, did not provide a card to say they were unable to deliver it, provided strange and conflicting tracking details and then suggested that the customer requested that the item should be returned. This courier is duping the buyer and seller.”

“Ordered this product and received notification, but after a few days I didn't receive a tacking number, so I looked on the internet and it said the product was out of stock. I contacted Buyaparcel and I was informed the item had now been despatched and it arrived ok. Item works satisfactory, but it is a professional Bosch angle grinder, so expect nothing else.”

“Giving 3* only because the website says free next day delivery if ordered befor 3pm. I ordered on a Saturday so thought the order may not be prossesed till Monday, so Tuesday delivery. I emailed on the Thursday to find out where my order was and was told it's still being processed and I will receive confirmation when it's been processed. I didn't receive my parcel till the following Monday. Everything is fine with the strimmer, and I would have been happy to wate a week for it. It would have been 5*s if they had keped me up to date with shipping and explain they were running behind due to the curent pandemic, or for what ever reason. All in all it's good I just think a bit more communication would have been nice.”
