“Excellent service. Ordered early afternoon on Thursday 7th the day before the 75th anniversary of VE Day 8th (bank holiday) and my order arrived on Saturday 9th. Super fast delivery I will definitely recommend this company to my friends and family. Thank you Buyaparcel..”

“Unfortunately I had a bad experience with Buyaparcel. Ordered an item which I needed quite urgently, received something different. When disputed I didn’t have any response. Luckily I had bought through eBay who refunded me the money. If I hadn’t, I would still be waiting for a response from them. Shame.”

“I think Black & decker should stick to making drills because this vacuum cleaner is worse than useless. You spend more time picking bits out of the brush than you do actually vacuuming. Save your money and look elsewhere.”

“This is the second obelisk I purchased, the first for myself and the second as a gift. I really liked the product but was dismayed when having presented the gift and offered to install it found that there were parts missing. These were only small parts, the nuts to screw onto the bolts. There were in total 14 missing, having gone through the polythene bag and out of the crushed box. The nuts were replaced cheaply enough but perhaps the bag containing these parts should be considerably stronger. The delivery was prompt and the price was good so would order again”

“Excellent product, only we have big issues with delivery. Our product has been delivered to different address. We contacted UK Mail after receiving note, order has been delivered. UK Mail told they sort this problem, but they didn't. We lucky, people from address was Item delivered, take our parcel to us. Over way we will not have the Item.”
