“Ordered it for Saturday delivery (£9) they forgot to put door number on the address. DHL couldn’t deliver had to wait until Monday for DHL to phone me and ask what my door number was! Cost me a days work! Very poor”

“Great item but poor service. Paid for next day delivery which didn’t arrive had to pick up from local depot. Was told couriers busy why offer next day if you know couriers are busy. Won’t use again”

“Ok , received sander Friday morning and by 2.00 pm my 8 x 4 old kitchen table was like new sanded stained and polished With very little effort. Gr8 price and a gr8 Bit of kit would recommend to everyone.”

“I thought the timer would fit to the micro drip water. But it doesn't it fits to a standard hose pipe. I feel they shouldn't be sold together. So this is why I have to give it only 2 stars.”

“Ordered an £1,100 water softener on 04/06/2020 which was listed as in stock and next day delivery. It’s now 16/06/2020 and no sign or communication of when or if I’ll receive it. Only responded to say that I didn’t pay for next day which I sent a screenshot showing I did. Then back to ignoring. They’ve shut their phone lines so you have no way of contacting them other than email which they ignore. Other than call the police to report a scam I’m not sure how I’ll get my money back. If you want a company to take your money and then ignore you then look no further. Big banner across the website stating business as usual when I ordered too!”
