“Very disappointed with the service. First and last purchase from buy a parcel. DHL came home with the item initially but could not deliver because of the incorrect communication you provided them. Then you acknowledged the error and promised the delivery. But despite being home all day, DHL could not find access to deliver my item when they could easily access our home on the first occasion. The item never got delivered and I received a refund 3 weeks after placing the order.”

“Product arrived slightly late, but is of good quality and well packaged. It does exactly what I want it to do & works well. Being able to adjust the width of the inlet pipes has saved me a fortune on having to re-plumb the old pipes from a previous shower, and all the disruption that would have entailed.”

“Great package submersible pump,flat hose and clips and a great price too. Works really well empties my hot tub in about 10 mins. Only thing I would advise is make sure you don't cut the exit pipe on pump too short or you will have a hard job putting the flat hose on the connector.”
