“Waste of time. Bright a tap and this was the state of it. They palmed me off to the manufacturer’s that wanted to send out someone to fix it. £159 tap sent broken and they want to fix it.”

Hi, we can see that collection details were emailed to you on 17th November so we can arrange one free collection to pick up the Grohe tap and have it returned to us so a full refund can be issued back to you, and this tap can be sent back to the manufacturer Grohe to inspect. Once we receive the collection information from yourself, this will be booked with the carrier as agreed.

“Product is good , But payed for Saturday delivery and it came on Tuesday, go figure. Contacted Buyaparcel to get a postage refund but no one bothered to get back to me. Won’t use them again and will slate them every chance I get.”

“Item was fine apart from the carrying box which I was told I just need to take the inside of the box out but as I said it was the wrong internals as I have 8 dewalt boxes which carry the items they stor”
